Nah, just wait for him to pass out drunk, then take a small endoscope and send it (with video recording) up his pants leg and into his underwear. Since, you can't expect privacy in public, don't ya know. Then, spread the footage everywhere, with the captions, "This lawyer says you can't expect privacy in public, so we are gleefully taking pictures up his clothing just as his client did to a woman in a dress." and "Wow, <comment on his choice of underwear>." also "Hey, he dyes his hair!" and "I bet he doesn't see a lot of action, look, rust!"
