There is a new audio tape of Cobra interviewing D. Snodgrass' stepdaughter. From TJ Hart. It's sickening to listen to and I hope the lady was just delusional. I have only listened to 3 mins of it. IT IS GRAPHIC.

Darn it, that's not good news to know about the circumstances surrounding the home itself.

Sexual Offender vs. Sexual Predator. I know sometimes people are put on the registry when they are young, and the female could have been young, but consenting. Like a 19 year old and 16 year old guy and girl. Wonder what the specifics were concerning his offense. I would be curious to know why he moved.

We have a member here who was is a neighbor and posts, wonder if this member has ever been asked about this guy.

Got a link or direction to find it? Snodgrass was who again? Sorry. THe one Cobra arrested and is now in legal criminal trouble over? Wonder why Cobra would be interviewing his stepdaughter, weird. Was it over Haleigh's case? Learning the characters of those involving themselves in Haleigh's case is enlightning.

He is the sexual predator w/ the trampoline and unicycle lessons that lived across the way from RC, he also is the one who tried to donate furniture to Haleighbug. Yes, the one Cobra arrested.

......for not serving her community service hours. People are typically forced to serve their jail time if they do not follow through on their probation and community service.

animal mentioned our boundaries, but not sure the rule on posting the immediate family members of Haleigh and their arrests and booking information currently and past histories. There have been several arrests by family members since Haleigh went missing, their available publically. Does anyone know the rules on this?

I didn't realize that TN had several tickets (as well as her daughter) for not having the children in the vehicle in proper restraints.

how did he show up in the bookings because of speeding? normally you just get a ticket, pay it before it goes to court, right?

same with TN and daughters driving violations concerning child restraints, normally you are ticketed, pay the fine, the end. Were these people arrested for these violations?

Though I am interested in all illegal activities, of all the family.

Interesting article dated October 29,2009 pecular details of the actual crime and children being involved close to Haleighs home. Some theorists believe the timeline for Haleigh begins after she got off the bus that February 9th 2009 afternoon.

PALATKA, Fla. -- Police arrested a 29-year-old man after after witnesses say he acted strangely at a bus stop. Christian Haag was booked in the Putnam County Jail Tuesday afternoon. Witnesses say Haag reached into a woman's car to touch her and her young grandchild. Investigators tell Action News the woman scared him off, but got into a car parked in the driveway of a home across the street. An 8-year-old boy was inside the car, waiting for his parents to take him to school. The boy jumped out and ran to his parents.
A grandfather says he's lucky he can still see his granddaughter. "Someone reached inside the vehicle and tried to grab hold of her while she was waiting to go to school," said Jerry Drescher.
Drescher's granddaughter is just 7-years-old. She was in her grandmothers car near River and South 13th Streets Tuesday morning. That's when police say Haag was wondering around the area. They say he grabbed at Jerry's granddaughter through a car window. end of snip, more at link

Either Misty or Ronald picked her up from the bus that day. This man was more than willing to commit his offenses in public with adults all around. One would think this would be a regression in perpetrator behavior to go from taking a child in the dark of night to approaching cars with people in them in daylight with tons of witnesses.

My question is, then, are you suggesting this behavior from this person is a decompensating from a potential earlier successful attack where he snatched Haleigh in the night? It would be highly unusual, though not unheard of, for a perp to regress in such a manner.

I'm gonna guess no. People don't generally get charged with custody interference when they're cooperating with the parents.
