Ok, I swear I posted, but it didn't show up, or I'm losing my mind.
In regards to why no dogs. Good question. My bet is they are looking for something that dogs don't train for. T

No dogs is a big clue IMO what is going on here and what LE may already have.

3 hazmats in driveway looking at something one of them is holding.

Front of the house;..driveway...few hazmat suits..one looks to be showing the other two something, possibly on a camera?

If they're just looking for the drainage pipe access...why all the raking around the perimeter of the building, I wonder?
French drain pipe is there.

Something burned? I think that's why they are sending the truck in.

That's what I was thinking too, because he unzipped his suit and put it in his pocket.

What about now that they can fully get into the house, why not cadaver dogs at this point. I would have thought dogs before an arson squad. My head is spinning. :maddening:

I don't know that they didn't have HRD dogs in the house days ago or on the property for that matter. It's possible that they have already done their job and we are on to the next steps. It's also possible that there was evidence that made it clear what had happened without the need for dogs. It is also possible that whomever is in charge of this part doesn't like or believe in dogs. There are so so many possibilities. Wish I knew which was the correct one!

They are checking the drainage pipe that takes away the home's gutter water and the sewer line looking for those phones.

Having renovated old homes, IMO, LE should find where the top floor toilet/shower drain heads down to the basement floor toilet. There is a turn in the sewer line if they are not directly below each other and this is where "stuff" gets stuck first. Maybe they got hits with the metal detectors outside so they are checking there first?

could they be starting at the end and working their way backwards in the plumbing system?
