There are dogs available (not sure how close to them), that have been trained to sniff out cell phones too. Just thought I'd throw that into the mix.

Wouldn't they have to run the sewer and water lines from the house, perhaps back of the house to streetside?

I'd cut an opening in the gutter drain which probably leads to the drainage ditch and the sewer line and then snake both with one of those camera-on-a-snake things first.

I wonder if the bomb/arson truck would have long reaching camera equip. like if there was something down a hole.

Lots of hazmat suits leaving the house from the front. Lunchtime? Odd them leaving en masse
