I was just saying the same thing...you could only see from his shoulders up. Didn't realize it was that deep back there. Makes a little more sense to me now at least.

There are dogs available (not sure how close to them), that have been trained to sniff out cell phones too. Just thought I'd throw that into the mix.

I'd cut an opening in the gutter drain which probably leads to the drainage ditch and the sewer line and then snake both with one of those camera-on-a-snake things first.
