hmm i just asked my friend thats studied forensic science/csi if csi's would be called to the area if they hadn't found anything and his reply was along the lines of...
"CSI's would only be called to an area if there had been a crime committed or something has been found that is in connection with a crime thats been committed"

which makes me think theyve found something, why would they just be taking pictures of where they had seached and found nothing.....makes no sense to me but everyone elses thoughts are more than welcome

thinking of clicking sound to hiding cell phones...how would they relate to each other? *thinking*

Here's a thought: the one that DB's dad gave her - was it a new one? One he had used? Did it have a number associated to it? Maybe dad can't remember the number or the name it was in? Maybe its THAT phone that's causing all this trouble. If LE can't get a "handle" on that phone's records because they don't have a name or number for it -----------

Authorities will not specify what they are looking for inside home

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) - FBI and police are at the North Lister home where Lisa Irwin lived with her parents executing a search warrant they obtained Tuesday.

FBI spokesperson Bridget Patton said they needed a search warrant because the family obtained legal counsel.

Police and FBI will not specify what they are looking for inside the home, rather, saying they are retracing their steps to make sure they haven't missed anything.

There HAS been a crime committed in that home with the baby, no matter what side of the fence you are on about what exactly the crime was.

It was most certainly the scene of a crime. So, hence CSI is there.

no my feed was working and saw nothing of the sorts.

I just have a picture of a tree. I thought it was a still photo until I noticed the leaves moving. Anyone else?

There has been a crime committed. A kidnapping!

I just thought of something. I wonder if they checked in the fence posts? Its chain link so they are hollow. They usually have caps that slid right off. LE wouldn't be able to go too close to the fence with the metal detectors because they will alert from the fence itself. If they were small phones they would slide in there perfectly.

CSI has been on site for nearly all of the searches. Just sayin....

For those thinking that they didn't find anything, they did find something that is evidence in this case or they wouldn't have been seen taking out bags of stuff. LE takes evidence from a scene. They have no reason for taking anything from a home/scene if it's not evidence. I was at a doctors appointment, but my dear husband was texting me the entire time and telling me how much they were taking out. There is something in those bags that they needed.

LE obviously has something or they couldn't have called a Grand Jury. JMO

That's what I thought too - even the ones that were merely to rule out possible locations of evidence, with no tips causing the place to be suspicious. Just one more place to rule out.

shhh....I'm supposed to be doing hubby's invoices. :innocent:

Yeah, I was supposed to do my hubby's "invoices" every night this week...but I've had a long headache. :innocent:

I don't know how it can be said that they "found nothing". We don't know what was in the bags that were removed from the home, for one thing.

Just an observation, but just before the live feed at the front of the house stopped, a police officer was walking up the street and I'm wondering if that was when the station got a request to stop live feed there for the moment.
