This is nothing as to what the first week was like!I would not like it if it were my neighborhood.
A warrant for what though?
I'm sure you see the problem.
IMO
Right, but evidence of what? What areas would have been included within the scope of the warrant? LE can't simply go to a judge and say, 'We want a warrant to tear that house apart.' and get it.To be able to search the house completely for evidence like they are doing now....as I said in my other post, I do not know the law and how it worksJust want baby Lisa found...
Looks like they may be getting ready for news ... maybe there will be an update ...
So ... man want take potty and smoke breaks ...
Nursie...if you weren't holding that needle, I swear....
Well you need probable cause to get a warrant and it just might be that they didnt have any until all the interview the parents did with the media and whatever came out at the GJ yesterday.
If they are laying the carpet outside, they are probably planning to re-lay it when they are finished going through the floor boards, drywall, etc.
I don't agree with you that whatever they have seized is inadmissable or that it was contaminated. The media didn't have access to the inside of walls, floors, attic.

I guess I have the impression that a warrant allows for a free for all search of the premises. So, I'm guessing I need to know more about what a warrant actually allows.
Seems to me, if you knew what you were looking for then why would you have to go in and look for it?

For the same reason I know I'm looking for my cell phone, but have to tear apart the living room to find it: remove couch cushions, dump magazine basket, open the blanket folded and shake it out, toss the toy box, etc.I guess I have the impression that a warrant allows for a free for all search of the premises. Just because I know what I'm looking for, it doesn't mean I know where it's at.
IMO
I wish we knew what they were doing with these mystery black boxes.
ETA: And why don't they park that CSI van in the driveway so they don't have to walk so far. LOL
