kljohnson0458 I don't think DI would have come forward with the drinking wine story if it wasn't true. LOL! She has faced quite a bit of scrutiny about that and well deserved given she had the children in her care. They carried quite a bit of evidence from this neighbors house. Who's to say she didn't take the wine home with her said:
My sentimens exactly!!! :)

OH, that wine story is totally bogus. She was not drunk, she was drunk just as much as Caylee drowned by accident. This was a huge score for the defense.. I dont buy it at all.. No way no how..

Have they checked the river yet? I know it's huge with a strong current and it would be hard to really check. I just know they find bodies in that river from time to time. :(

I brought this up several days ago. Some people vehemently disagreed with me. But I think it is possible that Deborah was drinking out front, and the baby, who was not tired but had been put down earlier than normal, got out of her crib, crawled around and got herself injured, lost, whatever.

I really hope if this was the case it was not the fan she got into!!!

I will bet my last dollar that DB got pissed off that Lisa would not sleep because she was sick and cranky and she slammed that baby down in her crib at that 7:30 or around there mark and the baby died. She then covered it up big time by leaving all the lights on and the doors open. Hence the kidnapping theme to the story, its either that or she really did a repeat on poor little Harmony and had this planned out for a while and when hubby had to work late, she got her chance because I still for the life of me cannot fathom how these 2 cases are beyond identical. They are exactly the same. I am just not sure which one I am going with but I am going to bet you this is what happened. I have no problem eating crow and making a formal apology if I am wrong but my gut tells me I am not.

I hear ya, and I'm attempting not to fall off the fence yet, but I'm starting to lean.

Has it been stated anywhere by anyone that Lisa was able to climb out of her crib by herself? I'm asking because it was about that age my own son got the notion to try it and actually made it, but not without a pretty good sized bump on the head from the hardwood floor in his bedroom. I'm just wondering how it would change things had Lisa tried this and hit her head so hard that she died sometime during the night and mom actually found her around 10:30 when she first said that she laid her down for the night.

This is kinda what I was thinking but a little different. When I looked at this photo:

[ame="http://s296.photobucket.com/albums/mm166/crankycrankerson/Lisa%20Irwin%20%20-MO-/?action=view&current=bedroom.png"]Lisa Irwin -MO- :: bedroom.png picture by crankycrankerson - Photobucket[/ame]

I thought maybe she could have fallen out of the window...

Sorry I forgot to post JMO. You may be right.

I get the interest in the neighbor possibly being involved but at the same time, why would the neighbor cover for Deborah if something happened to Lisa in that house? Accidental or otherwise, you know?

I can see a spouse covering, maybe a family member covering, but why would a neighbor cover? The responsibility for Lisa's health and safety lies with her parents, not some neighbor.

I really have only one idea why a neighbor would cover for someone but I don't have a single thing to back it up so for now I'm keeping my big mouth shut.

I'm not thinking cover up....she would be able to tell LE if she was really there drinking wine with Lisa, was her dtr watching a movie with the boys, did she see baby Lisa and what time she left the home last night.....if her story is totally different than DB's then I see a big problem for DB and that might be why LE is still focusing on DB/LI and their home.....they know her story is not TRUE!!!

The only problem I have with DB and a coverup is she didn't drive. How far away could the baby and phones be in that case ?

Her license was suspended but that doesn't mean that she didn't drive.

I don't think there's enough actual factual released information from LE to theorize. MOO :twocents: :fence:

<modsnip> She's too defensive about her drinking.

The neighbor would have a decent idea of how much wine they drank. The box itself would be revealing by the amount remaining.

She CAN drive, that much is known.

They have been in the river at least 2-3 times.

Now you have me wondering if the windows on the front of the house are all the same size, mainly Lisa's window and the one in the computer room. Interchangable screens?

Here is a picture of the back but it is not a very good one:

But the very small window (second from right side) i believe is her's, from the floor plan..

Also on the back deck has chairs..why would they not hang out there? She said they were in front..I wonder if they were actually in the back and saw her fall out...MOO

I want you all to know that I have been on the mom's side this whole time, just recently I have been thinking maybe something did happen..:(

Do we know what kind of curtains or blinds that were on the window. That makes me feel uneasy if it was blinds with a cord. Which I have banned from my house, so dangerous.

I don't know the answer to that..the picture I posted above was after the police have gone though already..someone said the police put up the black plastic..don't have a link for that though..:(

Just weighing in - I believe that Lisa having a cold (and it must have been bad enough to make sure she mentioned in the initial report) had so much to do with this. Parents OVERLOAD their kids at night to get them to sleep, especially if they want their 'me' time.

I think she overdosed on cold medication (has anyone ever mentioned that she gave her some before she put her down?). The father comes home, sees Lisa not alive and wakes the mom up and they concoct the 'kidnapping story'.

The little window is the bathroom. Glass block window.
