OMG, it really was given by her lawyer, as in administered by him. :giggle: I thought you meant her lawyer hired a polygrapher.

That's about as bizarre as she it.

Yep, very strange wording. Each question they ask using "that vehicle" I wonder why

ETa: this article says that her attorney hired a professional to administer the test. The first article says that her lawyer gave the test.

The article says the test was done July 18th, I wonder why we are hearing about it now? And I agree that the wording is very specific. Was it only those three questions??

1st snip = grains of salt. Poly administered at behest of her attorney, likely by someone hired by that attorney whose credentials we don't know.

2nd snip = I have always believed that to be the explanation for her odd question to JRH. He was big about admonishing people not to talk to cops, ask for attorney, don't take the breathalyzer etc. And yet he comes across as a know it all who cannot help himself from wanting the world to think he knows it all, hence, talks overlong and overdetailed in effort to prove how very smart and accomplished he is.

Re: "that vehicle" -- the article doesn't establish which vehicle the question is in relation to. So.... were they referring to that red sports car sitting in their neighbor's driveway? That car that JRH rode in with his friends to lunch?

At any rate, these couldn't have been all the questions, because they have to ask some baseline questions to establish a baseline for the polygraph.

Why would the question even reference a specific vehicle at all!? It should have said "did you plan or arrange with your husband to leave your son in a hot car?" or "did you have knowledge before you arrived at the daycare that your son was left in a hot car?"

unless the questioner knows to craft the question with care to avoid an answer which could indicate deception. Say LH knew JRH had at one time or another left Cooper in a car while he ran into a gas station or store etc. Suppose the question was about that vehicle that day for a reason.

Bond says there’s an easy explanation for that.
