I was discussing the possibilty with my fiancee' that Lee very well have hired a lawyer to defend against any claims by his sister or her counsil that she had a mental disorder or breakdown because of molestation

Remember, she did say that herself to Jesse.

Now we all know she lies, but there it is, and he may have his integrity trashed in court by her......

Sadly, Something caused her to want to give her baby up for adoption...could it have been because WHO the father was?

So far it has not matched Jesus O. as his family provided DNA, and it has not matched the family of Eric's DNA in Kentucky (who CA said was the father), and did not match JG's. These are three of the ones that family has told which did not match. I am guessing some of KC's other boyfriends have been asked for DNA and given it.

I do think LP was correct to begin with, because JG was in contact with him and had Caylee's complete DNA profile. LP would not have put that out there knowing he could be sued if it was not true.

When did the Ortiz' and Erics family provide DNA? All I read was that the Ortiz' insisted that they or the some did not know KC? When did the family of Eric Eric (if there IS an Eric) give DNA? Please post links. Thanks!

And, when did the As sue ANYONE? They've THREATENED to sue a lot of folks.

And, why are KC and LA not charged with incest? It's illegal.

Turbo, you post some great stuff. But, this seems to be a bit of an obsession.

I always kind of felt like LP did it so that he would get sued. Then he could depose everyone involved and they would have to speak with him and his attorneys. Then he owns the whole story legally. He could also have had someone lined up to sell it to already that had agreed in advance to cover any damages, attorneys etc.

I reckon that hat is hiding the brain of a buisinesman.

And, they do NOT want KC deposed. She would have to be.

Right after Caylee was found, there was a brief mention that LE was looking into possible charges against the A's. There was no mention of just which of the A's they were looking at. GA and CA got their second attorney about that time or at least he spoke out about that time. Undoubtedly that is why LA has hired an attorney.

I'm not saying this is true, and I'm not even saying this is possible. But if LA is determined to be the father, it is possible it wasn't so much his fault..... what if KC was the instigator?

If LA is the father, it could definately have something to do with the murder. No matter who instigated the contact a pregnancy would definately cause certain psychological issues. And if KC wanted to put the child up for adoption and then didn't due to family pressure, every day that Caylee lived would be a reminder of her origins. Plus it would have added to her resentment of her family. So I believe that if incest were ever proven it could go a long way toward proving motive.

And yes I too have noticed that this is one issue that the A's has never addressed.

Actually, it's one of several issues they haven't discussed. Like KC's rumor that GA abused her. That her parents are splitting up. That GA has a girlfriend. That KC is going to be givem the house. Like two different guys fathered KC, and those two are both dead. .......

Only one person has said that Casey wanted to give the baby up for adoption. Everyone else, including Jesse, said it was not something she ever considered to be an option. Casey was looking for attention, IMO, when she told that story to Kio, knowing that Kio could never have children of her own.

No. They are NOT obligated to inform the father, even if it is Lee. The father of Caylee was never legally named on her birth certificate and is therefore not legally owed squat....

IF Lee was the father, why didn't he spend more time caring for Caylee and look after Caylee as any father would that loved his child???

Ah, yes. Nicely said. Especially since the tales this woman has told exceed the character length of a post on this forum. Why would this be the one thing people would focus on - just because no one knows who the father is?

Authorities have Caylee's DNA, Casey's DNA, Caylee's remains, and Lee's DNA. If they want to know if he fathered that child, I think they can do that now.

Exactly! LE has all God's chillun's DNA, and there's not a single murmur about LA as motive, nor is there any apparent LE interest in who the father is. They have their perp and the motive, as far as they are concerned.

IMHO, all this rape-and/or-incest stuff is the product of overheated imaginations.

In all of Jesse's interviews he claims it was him who wanted Casey to give the baby up for adoption..stating they were both too young to be parents..Casey told him she would never give up her baby.

Uh. I didn't say he WAS. I was answering the academic statement that the father would have been informed and dealing with the assumption from someone else that the father was Lee.

Casey seemed to say to each person in her life what they wanted, needed, and expected to hear. I have no doubt in my mind that she gave everyone in her life different "takes" and "snapshots". Pretty sad that as she sits in jail... out of all of her friends before this happened... all she has is a pathetic defense atty.

I would place my money on him being 'in the know" about the Caylee coverup...(not the murder) than being the father. Just don't see it. I think they never bothered the real father, or she didn't know who he was because of her promiscuity...

But DNA from Caylee entered into Nat'l database...will that pop the father up if her was ever incarcerated...and do they collect DNA from the dead or Military?

I wouldn't be shocked if he popped up.

ITA..There seems to be a lot of misdirected anger and blame from people towards all those close to this case..Casey and Casey alone is the cause behind this tradegy..it does not matter what happened in this girls life..Finding no excuses here for Casey. I have never followed any case like this before and I am shocked by the public's actions and thoughts. Is this a common occurrence in cases like this one?
