Lee wants to sit in courtroom during trial

Does anyone else have a hard time reading these docs? I can never manage to scroll to the right place...it always jumps ahead.

Which is why I decided to read the entire depo. Glad I did, that smackdown Linda gave JB is a MasterCard moment.

I found Mallory quite likeable and she did say she was NOT close friends with KC, she was only relating to what she SAW at the time.....she started crying when asked what kind of Mother she saw, she said amazing but that is what she saw at the time and she was under oath.
I do not know why she would be on anyones side that said that about her Fiance, Lee.

And I think they asked Mallory if Caylee loved her Mom. Kids and adult kids love their parents no matter how bad it is. A little 34 month old has no idea what is going on totally around them. Little Caylee spent so much time with adults that had other agendas when her Mom drug her to parties. I am sure these young early 20's thought she was a cutie but they were in party mode and not the kinda party mode I am sure Caylee found a lot of fun. If Caylee's normal fun was sitting at home watching her Mom on the computer or going shopping or hanging with Mommies friends how fun can that be on a day to day basis.
I have the experience everyday right now babysitting for my 2 grandsons 2 yrs old and I spend most of the time entertaining them not visiting with anyone and it is time consuming. So I can't believe young 20 yr old guys know what being a good mom is. It is not just giving snacks and making sure diapers are changed. No offense to these guys but ask any Mom of a 2 yr old.
By almost 3 they require even more attention.

Lee is the one I've always thought would do the right thing for Caylee, but I am worried because of Nick Savage's deposition. Nick says that when he went to talk to Lee about the sexual abuse allegations, Lee told him that he would talk about it when the time is right, and then he denied the FBI DNA.

Who knows what he meant. It could be possible he didnt believe what was being told to him. I dont think even Lee thought ICA would turn it on the family.I think especially the DT took what Lee said out of context. I dont think it was meant the way it sounded. I personally dont believe Lee did anything to ICA. I think the only thing he is guilty of is trusting a sister who in return stabbed him in the back so to speak. :twocents:

Ok, Nick Savages depo was recently released and I actually read it this morning before leaving for a baseball game. ThinkTank posted it. It's a long one, and in it Nick talks about these allegations against Lee and asked Lee to take a polygraph. Lee refused stating he would discuss it at the appropriate time (WHAT!!!!!) JB drilled, rather bullied Nick about it. Side note, it's a must read because Linda gives JB a good smack down or two in it.

This is how I take Lee's comment that he'd talk about it when the time was right - Lee knew what a diabolical liar she was, he knew better than anyone that she was a little crim in the making, if you go by his comments in the undercover tapes with Tony and also his conversation with Tony/Cameron on 15 July. So I think he was somewhat trying to protect her and that he would talk about in court and no where else. When else would the time be right. That's my take on it anyway.

Truthfully, I kinda/sorta figured Lee had an attorney and that is what he was advised to say to Nick. During that time period all the As were deep into coverup mode. I expected to read that much from the depo.

I really wanted to read Nick's take from it all in his depo more than reading about Lee anyways.

Interesting development. I haven't thought much about Lee until earlier tonight on the WS radio show when rhornsby basically called Lee a wild card. What will he say about the abuse allegations? We don't know since Lee has been very silent for a long time.

This conversation came up when a caller asked about why Tony L. wasn't allowed to testify about KC stating that Lee "felt her up".

Hi Kimster, have you read Nick's depo yet? It's a great read.

Yep, Lee is a wild card. And I do think he will follow CAs direction and follow how she answered questions from Linda.

His relationship with ICA had differing dynamics than the CA/ICA and GA/ICA relationships. As a child of CA and GAs he gives a siblings view on how the Anthony's acted in different situations vs the parent/child one and not as colored over as CA had/has.

I don't think he did either. But he sure can tell stories of the interactions between ICA and her parents. Whether he will tell all is the question I have. His views on ICA will be differ from what CA views them to be.

Example off the top of my head:

ICA was known to steal money. CA gave her a pass from what CA says. But Lee may tell a different story. We don't know. And the SAO just might use Lee as an opportunity to enter all the money stealing ICA committed. Will Lee protect ICA to a certain point, maybe. Will he deny the sexual abuse allegation. Do bears use the woods as a toilet? Can I say that :floorlaugh: You betcha he will. Will Lee confirm what stories CA has told about ICA. Probably but will he expand on them. We don't know what questions the SAO has prepared Lee with. Lee is an unknown character and I totally agree with Richard on this one.

I bet he wants to see her face when she accuses him of molestation. I would want to face my accuser, see if she has any reaction when her or her atty repeats this lie. I am sure he and GA can't believe their ears. Like "look at me and say that"!

Don't know why this really caught me and I even dreamt of it last night. I didn't see her whole time on the stand. In fact just the part where she was going on about KC being so amazing. It was as if she could think of nothing else to say about her. I don't know why, but amazing would not be the way I would describe a parent... even if I thought they were.
Loving, patient, doting... but amazing? sounds a little forced to me.

"Amazing" is one of those catch-all words used these days. Think "absolutely". I'm afraid our young adults have limited vocabulary, always have. One generation would have said Casey was a "cool" mother, another might say she was "the cat's meow" or "the bee's knees" or "super duper". :shakehead:
