Letter mailed to forensic unit from unknown person

I don't think that could be the same letter.

The letter in question here was mailed to LE, from "an unknown person." Also, it was addressed to "Lee."

The letter to which you are referring was mailed to the governors office and addressed to quite a few entities, including the governor of FL, the Attorney General, several news stations, and even NG, among others, but not to "Lee." Also, it was from Andrew R. and not an unknown i.e. anonymous person.
