IMO..Even though we have not heard from Lee, from what I have gleaned from the letters, he stands firmly behind Casey like GA and CA.. and does not believe she killed Caylee...
Cindy thinks Baez and Lyon should have only listed them in the motion to seal the video visitation and believes they would have won and cited another case in Orange County.
GA pleads and begs and pleads and begs some more for Casey to allow him to visit, to allow any of the A's to visit her and, according to his letters, he has scheduled a few appointments to visit with her in jail but it is obvious from the continued begging that Casey has refused the visits. I HOPE TO NEVER HEAR THEM SAY ON TV EVER AGAIN HOW "THEY" ARE NOT ABLE TO VISIT CASEY BECAUSE OF ....BLAH BLAH BLAH. Many WS'ers knew the real reason..Casey..and now we have proof of it in GA's letters, like he states "she's the boss".
Cindy believes Casey has been framed..and that the truth will come out that will prove Casey's innocence and she'll come home and the family can move away together..
Casey is the one who holds the Truth.
Cindy hopes Andrea can get Casey into Law school at DePaul...I guess she thinks DePaul will over look Casey's lack of a HS diploma and Undergrad degree.
Cindy states that Caylee is in Heaven and the cat is with her yet also believes that Caylee is alive because of tips that they are getting and has had PI Mort looking into it

I imagine Cindy calls up various members of the defense team and barks out instructions all the time ( Mort works with Andrea and has for many years, she writes about him in her book ). As Judge Perry says, just because you ask doesn't mean you are going to get it. I am not a lawyer, but I can safely assume they placate Ms. Anthony on the phone, ring off and continue on with whatever they are doing. Since the JAC is going to authorizing / paying for investigators, I do not expect Mort will be doing any such out of state investigations, for any matters, real or imagined by Cindy. The way Cindy described it did make it sound as though he is at her beck and call. She likely gives them a good laugh, often, with the stuff she comes up with. She certainly does me.
Every word of every letter was for public consumption, I'd bet everything I own on that!
Maybe Brad forgot to advise them, but I know Mark would have. There is nothing that could make me believe they did not know any letter they write would be released, evidenced by the need to secrete them through Jose, and their understanding of why Casey has been advised not to write to them ( because the letters will be released to the public ) right?
As long as Casey doesn't admit to anything, Cindy remains the grieving grandma and the wost martyr I have seen.

Cindy's letters are so far out there, the only layman's words I can come up with is she seems deeply troubled and not grounded in reality. If she were a friend of mine, I would try to get her into counseling straight away and I am saying this sincerely. If it weren't for what I know she tried to do Jesse and Amy and Ricardo, I would feel a little guilty for how hard I have been on her, if indeed she is emotionally unstable for lack of a better word.
However; I do know, her letters remind us ,and I do NOT give her a pass on the vile, evil trying to blame innocent people and set them out as suspects of a murdered little girl. That is a deal breaker for me.
Unless Cindy is able to have a miraculous conversion, I think the judge is going to be thoroughly unsympathetic if she gets on the stand on the 15th and tells obvious Anthonyonic lies. I fully expect her to do exactly that, because that is what she does, she lies!
All my sympathy is for the one precious, defenseless Angel, the one victim and that is Caylee Marie Anthony!
