Well, now that the phone calls seem to be 90 instead of the 20 LE first gave, really makes me wonder..... Why after 90 calls would someone stop for beer, peanuts, and ciggies. Not to mention, the extra three hours worked.

IMO, i wouldn't give a hoot if i lost my job for it, no one would tell me i couldn't leave work to check on the welfare of my children, ESPECIALLY if there were 90 unanswered phone calls, and i sure wouldn't be making any stops on my way home either, and IF i got home and things weren't right, the person watching my children would have He77 to pay.

This cracks me up mew! LP lives in Sacramento area. Lucky for me, that is 100 miles away...lol. They aren't coming to the peninsula, that's for sure.

Maybe Orlando also? Was misty's phone off and if she saw that many calls, you would think she would pick up due to an emergency...oh well, this is misty..nevermind.

I think Timmy is a strong possibility...*IF* Misty knows, Timmy knows as she has treated him with kid gloves...he wins the award for the only one to "NOT" mess with her...

How come rc was never asked what Haleigh wore to school that day? Every single detail was left in misty's hands. He sure is good at 'passing the buck'....just as we saw him pass off the drugs to her.

From 20 calls to 90 calls just not sitting right with me. I would love to see the phone records and I would like to know if AH has seen them.

I am leaning closer to the 90 only because Shoey was the one who gave us 20+ calls made by rc. Lawyers minimize when it is in the favor of their client.

I could understand LP relocating and hiring Hank, but not Toc or LisC, unless they'd take constant LD tests about theft. Couldn't see them being allowed in people's homes to do drywall. :twocents:

Whisperer, am I mistaken or was Orlando working at PDM that night.

Now that I've seen Ron's MO in his drug dealing and propensity for using convenience store bathrooms, I don't really think his reason for stopping at the Kangaroo was for beer, ciggies and p-nuts. Did he use the restroom or speak to someone in the parking lot ? Wish I could see the convenience store vid. Were any other customers there at the same time? Maybe he needed to 'pay'someone off for helping dispose of Haleigh.

Misty slipped up a long time ago when she stated the blanket was in the van. she told on herself in that one statement. It is all falling into place now.

Well Misty stated she called Ron and was on the phone with him when he came home so she had to have her own phone as she was outside the residence. I think... haha nothing in this case is ever clear!

Right, but until Yosande mentioned it, I'd never paid attention to how Misty used Ronald's phone instead of her own to make the call. He wanted to make sure it came from his phone.

What if the laundry Great Grandma picked up was Haleigh's dead body? That would account for all the dirty laundry on the floor. They would had to empty the laundry basket to put Haleigh in and then put some on top of her. Great Grandma got the body out for Ron and possibly her and Ron's mother disposed of the body? That would be one way to get a dead body out without anybody noticing.

The thought makes me sick but you just may be on to something. There sure has been alot of talk about laundry from these people, hasn't there? I have thought for awhile that maybe GGMS visit was to drop off prescription drugs, perhaps sent by TN, but that is MOO.

From what I recall reading Misty and Ron had a fight over the phone around 8:30PM. Then we learned that Misty had turned her phone off (But, it could be that she just didn't answer?). Then we learn that Ron called Tommy to go over to the MH to check on Misty. I think it was said he went over around 9:45-10:00PM and that the lights were off, no sounds of a t.v. being on. (I thought I had read earlier that the t.v. in the bedroom was left on with a movie for Haleigh to watch and Jr. was watching another movie in the living room and Misty transfered him into bed with her around 10PM.) If that were so, then when Tommy came over he would of seen the lights on and heard the television and Misty would of came to the door IMO. Misty claims she woke and saw "3" and noticed Haleigh missing...in the 911 call she did not sound like someone that had just woken up or frantic. I also thought that she had called her mother after the 911 call. I also thought Ron said he had called TN after as well. (Which I still wonder how TN got there so quick if he called her after the 911 call?)
So, LE could have 90 flurries of calls for Feb 9- Feb 10th. Misty said she had called/tried to call, Ron as well that early morning right before he pulled up in one of the interviews she gave. So I will assume that Misty had her phone with her and Ron had his, so these calls could be a combination of calls between the both of them to each other and the Croslin/Cummings family.

was for more than mentioned (never thought of that before).
It could be more than a convenient place to stop for smokes. Maybe even
some of those 90 calls had something to do with having to make that stop.
There's always something new to think about in this case.

MADJ, didn't Misty state in one interview that she was cleaning at 10:00? Sorry i don't have any idea where to find a link but i know I read it! promise....

So if she was cleaning at 10:00 and Tommy went over between 9:45 and 10:00, hmmmm?

The more I think about it MysteryAddict, the more convinced I become. Think about it......Here's a young man, with a drug addled brain, and in a crisis situation. Could he be thinking clearly enough to think about an alibi by stopping at Kangaroo? Imo, there is one thing that drives these people and that is their addiction! Contrary to TN's declaration of Ron's intelligence, I don't give him credit for thinking that far in advance. I'm just thinking about what drives these people and drawing on my experience with my ex who was and addict and pathological liar. All JMO tho.

Like you said there's always something new to think about as we learn facts. It is both fascinating and sad....
