The more I think about it MysteryAddict, the more convinced I become. Think about it......Here's a young man, with a drug addled brain, and in a crisis situation. Could he be thinking clearly enough to think about an alibi by stopping at Kangaroo? Imo, there is one thing that drives these people and that is their addiction! Contrary to TN's declaration of Ron's intelligence, I don't give him credit for thinking that far in advance. I'm just thinking about what drives these people and drawing on my experience with my ex who was and addict and pathological liar. All JMO tho.

Like you said there's always something new to think about as we learn facts. It is both fascinating and sad....

IMHO..I would think IF someone knew their child was deceased and they were responsible for the child's demise and needed an alibi because they didn't want the truth revealed, they would know they need to put themselves as far away from the incident as they possibly could, for as long as they could.. Under those circumstances they might be capable of thinking clearly enough to make certain they were seen in public so they would be less suspect....JMO

Yes she did, I think I posted it in the Monday thread or the Weekend before Haleigh went missing.

Also, in the 911 call. If you listen closely Misty says, WE/I/She/HE WAS CLEANING. Something to that effect. The transcript shows that she said she was cleaning, but if you listen to the call it sounds all muffeled and it's hard to tell excactly what she said, except she did say clearly that "She Was Cleaning"

Thanks Emerald, I am constantly trying to think like these people, but it is difficult because I don't get where they are coming from. Once I think back about it, I have thought very clearly while in crisis situations.....

We know that there was a major fight between rc and misty. We were told that happened at 8:30pm. Has the time been confirmed? I can't remember the source of the 8:30pm call. I know Shoey confirmed huge fight that night because the statement from Shoey was the day that rc and he went to FDLE to explain the calls.

IF that many calls were made and TN knew it, she lied to everyone. It solidifies that rc and tn were very aware that something happened to Haleigh. IF tn was not in PP that night...that puts rc smack in the middle of a homicide investigation, as most of us already assumed.

All that's left to figure out are the details. Did misty harm Haleigh or did rc harm Haleigh? Did misty's family help or did tn's family help?

I have to say this,,,,since the day of Caylees memorial service, when we all heard of Haleighs disappearence,,,I have been here ,trying like mos,t to give some thought on what happened to this precious child.....Most of you are excellant at sleuthing while I am just someone with a simple thought...My point to this post is simply put..Whisper, the second paragraph of your post hit it HOME to me...This is a homicide investigation..all I know is what I have seen and on the very first day, this family RC, TN ,,especially,,,,, mourning the loss of a child,,,not just a missing child..

Thank you for bringing this forward MADJGNLAW. So many discrepancies in Misty's story.

The thought makes me sick but you just may be on to something. There sure has been alot of talk about laundry from these people, hasn't there? I have thought for awhile that maybe GGMS visit was to drop off prescription drugs, perhaps sent by TN, but that is MOO.

I'm confused. I thought GGM was dropping off laundry. But either way I believe GGM, Lisa, TN (with a possible uncle or friend) disposed of the body. That would be after NC and RC had their altercation or HC mistakenly took the drugs. JMO

GGMS stated that she went by to drop off laundry and check on things. I was having a 'but what if she was lying' moment and wondered if there was more to her visit. I didn't really make this clear in my post.

What a difference a year makes.. Last year, according to GGMS it was a crock, none of us knew Misty... she did... This year she went there because she was mad.. As I see it she is doing the BACK PEDDLE DANCE..JMO
