Lies point us to the truth

Discovery Plus has been hyping their new streaming service channel, which is going to feature a program on JonBenet. I think that they interviewed Lou Smits (who lost all credibility in my book when he prayed with the Ramseys) and that he's pushing the intruder theory, except that we all know that there were no footprints in the snow outside the window, and the spider web was unbroken.

LinasK,
I watched this episode just recently. LS now has his daughter on the case. The man doesn’t have a leg to stand on with his intruder theory. JR spoke at his funeral. How about that for credibility!

Sexual assault is usually an act of rage/power. I think John had more motive than Burke, and she was a mini-Patsy with the seductress outfits and behavior, and Patsy wasn't available to him in that way then. Maybe JB decided to fight back and not cooperate this time.

LinasK,
Key word here is usually yet not always an act of rage/power. I’m not saying he was the perpetrator, but why for heavens sake would PR cover for him?
And yes, because of the 911 call made by JB on the 23rd, I do feel that JB wasn’t going to stay quite. Still could have been BR and his friend DS as the sexual abusers here. We simply do not know.

Simple: Stand by her man. She didn't want the negative publicity. Family secrets. Easier than calling for help for her poor daughter. I wasn't aware that JonBenet had made a prior 911 call?

We have discussed here enough to come to the conclusion that is was a RDI. More then likely it was all three of them remaining in the house that night.

The R’s have lied just about everything in their telling of their story. From JB being asleep when they got home, who went to bed and when, BR bike, non owner of the flashlight, the 911 calls, rope found under JB bed, size 12 bloomies and their location, not hearing anything that night, the writing of the RN, JR kneeling on the floor to read the note, JR finding the body (in the dark), PR fixing her hair and putting on makeup that morning. She didn’t have time between waking, fiddling w/cloths outside JB room and the discovery of the RN and then the call to 911. It doesn’t match up.

Why did BR leave the front door unlocked? Why did he pretend to be asleep for an hour in bed that morning? Kids are naturally curious. Why didn’t he ask any questions but seemed to know the answers? If it wasn’t BDI, then I propose he walked in on it. After all he did go back downstairs. The case with the flashlight being used was the neighbor next door reporting the flashing of lights and also another neighbor stating the Sunroom light was out that night when it was always on. It is for this reason I feel that the choke hold and then the strike on the head happened on the first floor.

How did JR find JB in the dark with his poor eyesight when FW didn’t see her there with his good eyesight. Why was he cordial that morning instead of concerned? Why was the retrieval of his golf clubs so important to have when he had just lost his baby girl? Who would think about recreation at a time like this. Why did he not notice the missing of the Ransom call not coming in but had been missing for over an hour in the house? Where was he and why? Why did he order his plane ready after finding JB body to fly the family out of state?

How could they just walk out of that house leaving JB on the floor, alone? Anyone knows after losing a loved one how hard it is to do this! PR strolls out of the home with her fur coat on, purse on arm. BR walks out with his Nintendo which seems to be the most important thing to him (no questions asked); yet knows what happened to JB and where. JR walks out to the taxi and informs his two eldest children from a previous marriage that JB was found @ 10 that morning.

LinasK,
JB made a 911 call the 23rd when they had their Christmas party. Since SS answered the door I would assume that DS was there when she did. Just trying to put two and two together.

And yes, I understand standing by your man but not when it comes to murder.

Some people like to think this went down-

Burke to 3 other boys aged 7-10: "Do you want to decorate gingerbread houses with icing and candy or do you want to take my 6-year old sister, currently with 3 other girls aged 5-8, upstairs so we can stick our fingers and whatnot in her vagina?"

I have come to think the Stein’s were more involved with this then most think.

Someone found them and called 911 only to have been talked into hanging up. I think so also.

So you think it's logical that boys aged 7-10 are going to know what a vagina is and be more interested in sticking their fingers and other objects in one than they are going to be interested in decorating a gingerbread house with icing and candy?

if when it's an adult this scenario is disgusting, this is just sickening. What in the world.

Probably more like show and tell and someone walked in on them.

Respectfully snipped for brevity

You’ve nailed almost everything here. I’m especially intrigued by the possibility that Burke walked in on a murder in progress.

What’s your source on Burke leaving the front door open, though. Not contesting, just not remembering. Ditto a rope (cord) under JonBenet’s bed. Thanks.

There's a pic of the black and white striped dust ruffle on the bed in the room next to JonBenet's that shows part of it sticking out. I would think this indicated someone having had reached under it for something and possibly pulling something out, thus disturbing the dust ruffle.
