We have discussed here enough to come to the conclusion that is was a RDI. More then likely it was all three of them remaining in the house that night.
The R’s have lied just about everything in their telling of their story. From JB being asleep when they got home, who went to bed and when, BR bike, non owner of the flashlight, the 911 calls, rope found under JB bed, size 12 bloomies and their location, not hearing anything that night, the writing of the RN, JR kneeling on the floor to read the note, JR finding the body (in the dark), PR fixing her hair and putting on makeup that morning. She didn’t have time between waking, fiddling w/cloths outside JB room and the discovery of the RN and then the call to 911. It doesn’t match up.
Why did BR leave the front door unlocked? Why did he pretend to be asleep for an hour in bed that morning? Kids are naturally curious. Why didn’t he ask any questions but seemed to know the answers? If it wasn’t BDI, then I propose he walked in on it. After all he did go back downstairs. The case with the flashlight being used was the neighbor next door reporting the flashing of lights and also another neighbor stating the Sunroom light was out that night when it was always on. It is for this reason I feel that the choke hold and then the strike on the head happened on the first floor.
How did JR find JB in the dark with his poor eyesight when FW didn’t see her there with his good eyesight. Why was he cordial that morning instead of concerned? Why was the retrieval of his golf clubs so important to have when he had just lost his baby girl? Who would think about recreation at a time like this. Why did he not notice the missing of the Ransom call not coming in but had been missing for over an hour in the house? Where was he and why? Why did he order his plane ready after finding JB body to fly the family out of state?
How could they just walk out of that house leaving JB on the floor, alone? Anyone knows after losing a loved one how hard it is to do this! PR strolls out of the home with her fur coat on, purse on arm. BR walks out with his Nintendo which seems to be the most important thing to him (no questions asked); yet knows what happened to JB and where. JR walks out to the taxi and informs his two eldest children from a previous marriage that JB was found @ 10 that morning.
