Shawn Holly has refused to take back LL after she tried to get her back.

LL sent her a letter informing her of being replaced by her new attorney.

Mark H is not allowed to practice law in California.

Apparently, if LL want to stick with her current lawyer she has to sign a waiver form so I guess she is sticking with him.

11:04 AM PT -- It appears Lindsay has struck a plea deal with prosecutors, which is shocking because up until now ... Lindsay has REFUSED to accept any punishment.

Our clue ... Mark Heller's co-counsel just grabbed a "plea form" from a desk and took it into chambers with him.

Sigh. it is never her fault.

Yep for any important event you should be in town before that day to account for any delays, which almost always seem to happen. She should know better. It just shows how little she cars about her situation
