Lindsay Lohan busted for DUI *merged threads*

Lindsay, Paris, Britney! They all have enabling mothers who make excuses for them and their behavior until the brats start acting up against them. By then it's too late, the wild child girls are adults and uncontrollable.

And the owners of the bars are equally to blame. They don't care if a celebrity is underage, they just want the allure that the celebrity brings to their establishment. I agree with sandraladeda, they should start acting like adults and turn these girls away.

Absolutely. These girls have been getting into clubs since they were what, 16, 17? That's ridiculous! They should be held responsible in some way.

I have no sympathy for these 3 bimbos. They've done it to themselves with the help of their controlling parents, and their enabling pals they hang around with.

The minute someone places themselves behind the steering wheel while intoxicated or on drugs, they lose any ounce of respect from me and any sympathy......

I never understood how these girls were getting into clubs at 16, 17.
I am in my 30's and still sometimes get carded. :waitasec:

And what luck :crazy: that the velcro "not my jeans/pocket" just happened to have a little illegal white powdery substance in them! Because most people who buy drugs really lose track of where their stashes are... :banghead:

These places sell food too, that's one way they get away with it. And, once they get in, for the other reasons mentioned, they may not be going up to the bar to buy a drink, or ordering it themselves from a waiter or waitress. One person at their table in the VIP area orders a whole bottle and has so many glasses brought. The underage people just drink from the table. Then they lose their inhibitions and already didn't have the reasoning to make it through the ADULT situations and people they are going to be exposed to. They shouldn't get through the door PERIOD. Or how about a CURFEW for underage patrons. Or, raid these places and bust the adults. How hard can it be with video every where.
 
I remember seeing some e tv thing on LL and she was in a spat with Paris Hilton that nite outside whatever club they were at; they were BFF's the day before; she was spouting off about 'Paris hit me in the arm, and it REALLY hurt and it's not ok for her to do that' In the backgroud you can hear Paris yelling 'Firecrotch'. These are supposed to be adult women; puleeze; can you act anymore like 10 year olds. These Hollywood gals may have all the money in the world but they act like skanks;TRASH.

Firecrotch is kindof funny though. They probably both suffer from STDs since they are always drunk and high and promiscuous.

Just playing devil's advocate here, but if your son or daughter was a talented actor/actress or musician and they could make millions of dollars AND they really wanted to do it...you wouldn't let them? And if you did let them, I wouldn't consider it selling them out.

Should I call up my parents and tell them they sold me out to "computer science?" :D

The problem is these mothers (I'm going to excuse Paris Hilton's mother from this discussion, because they were already rich before Paris) are living the hollywood lifestyle off of their children's coin. It's a no-brainer these girls are going to be in trouble if their mother's and father's run amok.

And let's face it, money tends to ruin people (but not all). Even if Britney or Lindsey's mothers tried to parent them, Britney or Lindsey could very well pull out the "I'm rich" card and tell them to step off.

Thank you for the information on the dolphin camp that looks like a wonderful place!

I think it all boils down to wealth and entitlement for these young women. There are so many other young women in music and movies that are doing very well.

These girls look for negative attention, its so sad. LL states she needs her privacy, yet she is wearing a bikini and spike heels to be published for all to see!

So Lindsay got into a fight in her underwear and hastly donned any old pair of jeans, not hers, that happened to be on the floor.

You know, if the ankle monitor hadn't detected the booze I might have believed her.

I doubt she even wears underwear; that would be normal and clean instead of skanky and gross.
