I'm a newbie here, and still am not able to post new threads so I am tacking this question on to this post. As a newbie, i have tried to start at the beginning of a thread so I can have all the information. Unfortunately most of the time, the first post is years old, (as expected on cold case files). What makes it incredibly difficult is when links to newspaper articles are posted. Newspapers only keep their links active for a short time, so when I click on the link, the article is gone. Is it possible, when posting links, that the member post the link but then highlight the article and also paste it underneath? Is this breaking any forum rules?

The copyright rule allows us to copy and paste up to 10% of an article. So it's not possible to post an entire article. A google search often will pull up related articles.
