As much as the A family drove us crazy with all their bogus Caylee sightings and other wild things, we have to admit, they're of a different class than Haleigh's extended family. Odd thing though, Haleigh's gang are protecting themselves, while the As are protecting the murderer of their granddaughter! I guess it takes all kinds.

This whole thing is disgusting to me...victimizing a blind elderly man and then skipping town while your son goes to jail for the crime. What a good example of a mother Lisa is ! No wonder Misty ran to Ron.

Lisa appears to have had a hard life. I can't believe that she just turned 40. I believe that Misty's life at home must have been pretty bad, and that is why she thought being with Ron would be better. They are such a sad bunch of people, all of them.

Her arrest stems from the same incident in which Tommy got arrested for stealing the gun from Mr. Martin. According to the police report Lisa stole ten checks from Mr. Martin and cashed one in the amount of $400 on Sept. 8th.

Well if you are going to steal checks...I would assume they were blank...and why wouldn't ya just make them out to yourself and sign that victims name?

Don't know where else to write this, so forgive me.
I have not posted to this forum (at least that I recall) because honestly, I don't like any of the players.
I know it is unfair to haleigh and kinda feel bad about it to be honest.
I just never knew that Florida, or at least this part of Florida had so many seemingly uneducated people. Seems to be a bunch of bricks to me.
I live in Minnesota, so maybe I'm spoiled? (shameless Plug)
Also, I know fingers point to Misty, and seem to give Ron a pass (keeping your enemies close blah blah), yet it really really bothers me that he is sleeping with a woman who may have had something to do with his daughters disappearance.

First she is protecting MC, then she flips and thinks she is guilty, enter HC2 into the hotseat, and then she steals checks and makes a mad dash with the cash out of town. Something tells me she knows quite a bit. I wonder if the truth is that she knows HC2 is the guilty one and she made a choice to throw MC under the bus to protect HC2. This woman has no mothering instincts what-so-ever, like an animal that will eat it's own.. But I think she picked the one she likes better to cover for. That said...she will probably try to bargain her way out of her own legal dilemma and throw HC2 under the bus in exchange for some leniency.

Yes, none of the players in this crime seem to operate by "normal" rules. All of them seem to be quite content to remain in their self-perpetuated uneducated, drug-and-crime induced state. With the exception of maybe Ron's mother, none of them seems to have a lick of sense. I recently joined because I really want to see the perp exposed. I remember the horror of the Lunsford case, where the little girl was stolen from her bed and found right there in the trailer park. Guess this one won't be so easy to solve.

Last I heard, elle, it is Sept 30th - tomorrow.

I suspect she'll fight extradition! She knows what is waiting for her back in Putnam County.

Now, I am very hopeful that the FBI has been to visit Mama Croslin in the TN jail (as soon as she was picked up preferably! Also, while she was possibly detoxing IF she is a drug user) I hope she was questioned there - before she has a chance to come back to Putnam County and talk to Tommy.

I also PRAY that IF she knows anything, she tells.

It is almost 8 months that HaLeigh has been gone. That is way too long. HaLeigh needs to come home.
