"The lawsuit says that Priscilla Presley — aware that her daughter was preparing to remove her as the sole head of her trust — prematurely withdrew life-saving medical treatment, with the aim of gaining control of the estate."

Wow. Priscilla has a heap of trouble her way. The article goes into detail on all the suit includes.

too complex, to be believable, yet.
Riley is standing with Priscilla on this one.
We shall see

I read in the NYT where Priscilla's lawyer, Singer, says Riley stands with her grandma 100%. No comment from Riley or her lawyers. I'm very interested to read if Riley offers her total support. The legal issues that arose from LMP death are indeed complex. Sad all around

P has always been out for herself, since the day E died. She's been in it for the money and will do whatever it takes to stay in control. Riley hopefully will be taking over. I don't know if she really wants it though, I think she saw what it did to her mom. She has a good career going now without any of the inner fighting of the family over Elvis's money/property.

A good review of this convoluted lawsuit by Law and Crime. If you have read Lisa's book, it makes some of these accusations seem very plausible.

  • Priscilla Presley's former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko claim in a lawsuit that Priscilla allegedly hid a multi-million dollar jewelry collection worth "upwards of $25 million" from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
  • Kruse and Fialko allege that she claimed the collection was worth $6,000, when it was allegedly worth $25 million
  • The collection was allegedly stored off-site by the manager of Graceland's archives

It makes me wonder if some of the problems Lisa had with her are from things like this. Whatever Priscilla has is Lisa’s and this could have been an ongoing contentious issue between them.

This portion of the article was of interest, but cant be proven (imo) and all a bunch of crap! lol

[from the People article posted upthread dated 10/9/2025]

The new claims follow Kruse and Fialko's August allegations that Presley ignored daughter Lisa Marie Presley's health woes in a plot to control Elvis Presley's estate. Presley's former business partners also accused her of placing "undue [financial] pressure" on her ex-husband Elvis in the spring of 1977, ultimately "pushing him to his death" that August.

Filing lawsuits are a very useful way to put extemely negative allegations out into the media without needing a shred of evidence to back them up. Then settle the lawsuit so you'll never have to prove any of it.

Priscilla Presley's former business partner, Brigitte Kruse, is currently suing Priscilla's son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract ... but what's way more interesting in new legal docs filed in the case is that Kruse alleges John and Kelly used Riley Keough's eggs to give birth to their son, Ben.

In the papers, Kruse alleges Michael Lockwood -- Lisa Marie Presley's ex-husband -- told her Kelly had been unable to bear her own children. Kruse claims John and Kelly previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant ... but they no longer wanted Lisa's eggs because they did not want “eggs with heroin" on them…

Priscilla's attorneys Marty Singer and Wayne Harman tell TMZ ... “After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family."

They added ... "In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant. These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko, and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”

This needs to be SPELLED OUT, because TMZ is being .. TMZ
The allegation appears in a breach‑of‑contract case filed by Priscilla Presley’s former business partner, Brigitte Kruse, against Priscilla’s son Navarone Garcia. In newly filed legal documents in that case, Kruse claims that John Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston used an egg donated by Riley Keough for the conception of their son Ben.
Riley Keough is not listed as a plaintiff; she is described in the documents as the alleged egg donor whose eggs were supposedly used, based on what Kruse says she was told by Lisa Marie Presley’s ex‑husband Michael Lockwood. The filing also claims Riley was compensated with a car and money, but these details are all unproven statements made within that lawsuit. It makes more sense if you zoom out and view this as one sprawling, messy fight over money and revenge,, not a focused case about Riley Keough or John Travolta.

Her son is involved is involved because Priscilla Presley’s former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, originally worked with her on companies created to monetize her name and image. That relationship later soured, and they are now suing her for at least $50 million. They claim that as part of the trust settlement that ultimately placed Riley Keough in charge of Lisa Marie Presley’s estate, they negotiated a separate seven-figure payout for Priscilla’s son, Navarone. According to them, Priscilla and Navarone then cut them out and never paid what they were allegedly owed. Because of this, Kruse and Fialko filed a separate lawsuit directly against Navarone, accusing him of breach of contract and interference with their business. Their argument is essentially that they secured financial benefits for both mother and son, only to be pushed aside afterward. Bringing Navarone into the case allows them to claim broader damages by framing the dispute as a coordinated effort to freeze them out.

The claims about Riley’s egg allegedly being used for John Travolta’s son have little to do with the actual contracts or financial disputes at the heart of the case. They appear in the lawsuit as background allegations,, things Kruse says she was told by others, rather than as facts essential to proving whether Priscilla or Navarone owe money.

Priscilla’s attorneys have called these allegations outrageous, retaliatory, and irrelevant, arguing they were included purely to embarrass the family and attract media attention. That’s why the lawsuit feels so scattered!! at its core, it’s about business deals and trust-settlement money, with explosive side claims layered on top that make the whole thing look chaotic and inflammatory.

So basically egg donor/Travolta story shows up as background allegations in an amended complaint that’s really about money, contracts, and Priscilla’s disputes with her ex‑business partners and son, not about Riley or John. Priscilla’s lawyers have said in filings and statements that these claims “have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case” and were added in a “shameful” attempt to pressure and embarrass the family. Right now, the only “evidence” in public is that the plaintiffs say Lisa Marie’s ex, Michael Lockwood, told them this story; there are no medical records, DNA tests, or admissions from Riley, Travolta, or anyone directly involved. Media coverage repeatedly describes the allegations as unproven and emphasizes that they’re just statements in a lawsuit, which courts have not tested or verified in any way.

So yeah.. it appears to be a messy lawsuit where sensational, unverified claims were included for leverage and publicity, and there is currently no solid public proof that the Riley/Travolta part is true. But that's not stopping TMZ!
