As for GA seeing KC leaving with Caylee (with backpacks) on June 16th...did he say if Caylee was awake as they were leaving?

Does JG stand by his statement that he heard Caylee on June 16th at 2:52 PM during his phone call with KC?

I was wondering about the recent photos released. There is 2 of the same photo and it is a large object being removed from the crime scene. I was wondering if anyone discussed what it might be?

Since it has since come out that vegetation was growing through the body, it would be my guess they dug up all the vegetation around and through the remains then put it whole in the body bag with the skeletal remains as found so they could determine amount of time it would take to grow that large. They also would want to encase all the insects to study.

You know, it just hit me. Those are not the type of things someone planning to murder a child would need to know about. Do we know of any adults that Casey had a feud with at about that time? Or maybe someone who had a lot of money? She's got all the bases covered with those searches, knock a person out, attempt to kill the person, be prepared to fight if necessary, and then bury them.

I have always thought she planned to use those on GA. She had told a number of people that she was getting the house, and CA was planning on moving into either an apartment or a condo. I believe that was her plan and I am not convinced CA was not a part of that plan.

with links if possible? I cant find anything....and if it was raining during that time to me that blows the pool being involved in any way right out of the water (no pun intended)

For those of us that don't own or have never owned a cellphone (actually I might be the only one ) I have questions. These are basically directed to the allegation by Hoover that DC had at least 3 cell phones. I have read here some speculation that at least 1, maybe more, is a disposable phone.
So my questions about disposable phones are:
What is the difference between a disposable and regular cellphone?
Can calls be traced to the owner of a disposable?
Does the phone company keep records of incoming and outgoing in the owner's name?
Even if the owner has several different phone numbers?
Can you send texts with them?
Are ping records in the owners name available?
If DC trashed one, is the info lost forever?

No that I have read or heard but I admit I stopped listening to all of the things that the A's said in their numerous media interviews by the end of November. I also could have missed something earlier.

GA on Caylee awake.
There is mention of hugs and such but not specific to Caylee, just in general. I have wondered about this myself. His comment about her having the sunglasses on made me wonder
#1 were they coming in from having been outside and just coming into the house or #2 Was Caylee awake, talking and walking or being carried and the glasses to cover her eyes from view.
I would think that carring a dead child and attempting to make it look like she was just sleeping would be very difficult and the body would appear different than just a sleeping one.

As far as we know he has not retracted the June 16 date. One problem is we do not know if we have seen all of his LE interviews yet or not. So at this point the answer is no.

Someone posted that he was not in Tenn. I have not found any source other than from Tony Pipetone [?spelling] from channel 6 that was already y posted the other day.
I have to wonder if this could be a case of the media quoting another media outlet. Would love to see some docs that make it so.
