I have a quick question that maybe some WS sleuths can answer. Since the beginning there have been statements from KC that Caylee loved Blanchard Park, that it was one of her favorite places. I've thought that maybe KC would take Caylee to JBP to pass the day when she was supposedly "at work".

But have any other witnesses ever confirmed or given any credibility to the fact that JBP was actually a place Caylee loved to go? I ask because I live in the area and there are so many great places to take children to play, lots of playgrounds. Why JBP and is KC the only source?

Is there a written statement from Casey? I saw something on a news site the other day where she was "quoted" as saying some things I had not heard in the interviews, and the quote appeared to be several paragraphs long, as if it was written. However, I have been unable to find this document.

In addition, have we been able to see the supposedly 30 page document referenced here where the defense conceded that if Caylee was dead it was "almost certainly" a horrible tragic sedative accident? Obviously some people have seen it but I can't seem to find a link.

Finally, am I correct that the A's have made no public statement since the remains were identified? Or did I miss something?

IIRC, I think Christina mentioned JBP and walking with Caylee and Casey at JBP a few days before Caylee went missing. Other then that, perhaps the Anthony family may have mentioned it. Not sure how to confirm this is Caylee's favorite place though besides from the Anthony's.

Friend CC did say that she went for a walk with KC and Caylee on June 12,13 or 14, she couldn't recall the exact date. But she didn't say they walked in JBP. To walk around JBP, they would have had to get in the car and drive there, then get out for the walk. I assumed the KC stopped by CC's and all went for a walk in CC's neighborhood.

I doubt it was a favorite place of Caylee's frankly. But it's a big enough park that you can go sit in your car for hours while you pass the time.

I believe he is associated with the law firm representing her. I think he may be an intern. You have too many c's in his last name and I believe it's spelled with one L.

I took the spelling directly from the log- I assumed it was an error but there are 3 cs on there.

Was kc's car REALLY out of gas when GA went to retrieve it from the tow yard? I recall reading that the car was pulled in to a parking spot at Amscot, but not if there was enough gas to bring the car home. When tonE picked her up he stated she had food (prob from home) which makes me think she just decided to abandon the car there.

Only LE knows for sure whether she ran out of gas or not. They'd be able to see on Amscot video whether someone helped her push her car into the parking lot.

I think she did run out of gas because of the hoops she went through with Amy to get gas cans etc. However, Casey told TonE that the car was broken down and her dad would take care of it. She couldn't tell him it ran out of gas, because she didn't want to give TonE a ride in a stinky car and have him ask questions.

Back in September Muzikman obtained a copy of KC's Photobucket images on CD from the state's attorney office. In the thread on this topic was a link to the 250MB file that he uploaded. The file no longer exists via that link, and Muzikman has not been on this site for a couple of weeks.

Is anyone aware of where I might download this complete file?

I am interested in dumping the file listing into a spreadsheet so that I can use the upload date / times to help flesh out when KC was on a computer.

Yes...very heavy computer activity on 6/16 and 6/17, but very little mention of myspace updates and Photobucket uploads on the calendar, so I am thinking we are missing some activity - could be wrong.

Would also like to see what was going on in March and April.

Thank you Reeseeva. I had seen that, but it is not quite what I am looking for. What I am trying to do is generate a list of all dates/times the files were uploaded, and to do so I need the original files.

WESH's reporter, Gail Paschall-Brown, is just as bad as the protesters, running after Lee Anthony asking why he almost ran over the girl. She didn't see it; she is just taking the kid's word on the incident. What drama.

You're terrific to link all those. I watched/read them all and the closest Cindy comes to any comment is "please back off before I lose my husband" when George makes repeated comments about not wanting to talk to someone and then gets into the car and drives off. Lee arrives shortly thereafter and drags Cindy into the house.
