Names that have come up during this case. [Not an all-inclusive list.]
That's a handy reference list, thanks.

Probably something I should have got off my a and produced for myself!

So you are saying LP left after November 14th- And when in December did he come back?

LP came back shortly after the remains were found in the woods. Maybe the 12th of December or so.

why was it so important that they get all of KC's stuff from TOny's place? what was the urgency?

IMO, it was because Caylee was missing and perhaps they were looking for some of her things, or clues, anything to find Caylee.

I have seen it mentioned a time when GA walked from the house towards Suburban and was fetched home by LA. If anyone knows where I can find a link to an article or video for this, please let me know. I have searched, but alas...
Thank you!

I thought it was in the other direction, but I could be wrong. More then likely it will be in the Media Thread

At this point my question is irrelevant, however it still lingers in my mind...Who was preparing income tax for CA & GA? I am sure they were claiming Caylee as a dependant due to her living with them as well as providing all her needs. With their financial problems, it would behoove them to inquire KC's income as they may be able to claim her as well. Also, if there was a nanny  they would want to claim child care expenses, as it is often a much needed credit towards your tax owed! Who is the A's accountant??? :confused:as usual with this case!
:bang:

I would think that Casey would claim Caylee on her "invisible" tax return. The Anthony's just can't claim Caylee unless they have some back-up information to substantiate claiming Caylee. I have a feeling Casey just told her parents she already filed.

Read in one of the threads that LA moved back home. Where is the link and which bedroom did he move into?

Guess KC's since she won't be needing it in the future.

I believe the mention of Lee moving back home to be with his parents is in this thread and also a link is in there for the article and the video. There was no mention of which bedroom he is using. http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77409

Hi Patty G,
I am a single parent :), my son and I lived with my Mom the first year after he was born, she was able to claim him due to him living with her over 6 months. It was a mutual decision after reviewing the tax laws. Also if Kc's income was under a certain amnt they would be able to claim her as well. But your right she probably did lie about that too!

In order to claim child care on your tax return, they (childcare place, nanny) must also have a tax form for business.

Otherwise, if you were to try to claim say a sitter, who really does watch your kids, and you put her down, you could get her in trouble. And maybe you.

I'm not sure if we will ever know, but it would be interesting to find out what they all did especially since Casey claimed she was working and all! Just another one of those "Unsolved" mysteries. :woohoo:

I'm sorry, I should have clarified...my mom was able to claim him as a dependant, not for child care. Yes, your are correct about needing a
tax id # in order to claim a credit. :blowkiss:

I have heard about a J C Penney receipt. Any links to this? Thank you again.

IIRC, no JB Penny receipt every surfaced via the documents. Lots of discussion but nothing concrete one way or another.

Thank you again. I just saw this. I did check the media thread, but will check again. I am thinking I first saw it on GVS.

One more question and I'll stop. Within the documents, in particular, the GA interview on 8-4-08, certain transcribed responses are underlined and bold-ed. Were these underlined and bold-ed by LE? I hope so, but wanted to ask.

I think it was a playback from one of the media that was out in front of the Anthony home (which could be FOX35 or Greta. etc.) when Casey was released from jail .. not sure if it was the first time or the second time Casey was released.

I just seem to remember the camera panning down the street away from Surburban as the media was park all the way down towards Surburban and George walked in the opposite direction.

Now I am really curious and better start looking too!

Here is the file we have of the transcript for George dated 8/4/08 what page are you seeing words bolded and underlined? I see the detectives names bolded ...

If your link is different from the link I provided, please post your link so I can take a peek at it! :)

Butwhatif? RM was a police officer, or in training during this. He lied when asked about his relationship with KC. He said something like he had been at a party and maybe a one night stand?? The police knew better and fired him for lying. So in answer to your question...he was a cop.

PattyG, you amaze me with your helpfulness to everyone. Thanks!
