Mark F is the ex detective from OJ trial. He does cover some news for Fox. IIRC, He spoke to the neighbor of the A's about the argument on the 15th of June . He isn't a neighbor. Not sure if he discussed anything or not with LE.

"mark fuhrman met with Orange county investigators and provided additional information regarding his conversation with george and cindy anthony. During the conversation mark Fuhrman explained that the Anthonys openly discussed that on Tuesday June 17th they found that the side gate of the address was open. They also reported that the pool supply box had also been moved near the side of the pool. According to mark Fuhrman, this information was very specific and no question of the date of occurrence existed. The date was not freely provided to Corporal Eric Edwards by George anthony at the time of his interview. This was another example of information not freely flowing between the anthony family and law enforcement.

Mark Fuhrman speeks(sic) with Fox TV host Greta Van Susteren and tells her that he met with investigators from the Orange County Sheriff's Office and was told about a "flurry" of calls Casey had allegedly placed to her parents on June 16. However, when questioned about Fuhrman's claim, Capt. Angelo Nieves has no comment.

I have soooooo many issues with this page of the docs, and its just not adding up, well actually it is, but in a really bad way. Didnt JB put in a motion ages ago about wanting to know who is assisting LE and recieving any financial reward, or any 'undercover agents' they LE may be using?(I'll have to look that one up)
So heres just a few of my issues with these statements:
1. After watching the LE and FBI vids, wasnt the discussion regarding the date the A's could not specifically recall regarding the pool
ladder, not the pool
supply box?
(ahhhh, now I'm gonna have to watch all of the vids again
)
2. Where is mark fuhrmans transcript, and why hasnt it been released if they have paraphrased him in the documents? (they've been doing that alot lately) If he is
ex- LE, wouldnt he have to undergo the same kind of interview process as any other witness?
3. They have put alot of empasis regarding the dates the A's mention the open gate to MF, and yet they have not noted the date that the conversation took place between Mark and the A's, or the time the argument supposedly occurred( which kind of defeats the purpose of emphasing the date the gate was opened, if they then forget to add the specific date it was mentioned :waitasec
They also make no mention of how the A's came to have this discussion with Mark. Did he approach them, or was it the other way around?
Its states mark provided 'additional information'...so what other info had he provided to LE prior?
Way too many unanswerd questions surrounding this. Seems more than a little fishy IMO.
Can anyone help sort out my confusion??
