I was watching Nancy Grace tonight (and did not see this mentioned on the Nancy Grace thread), but she talked about some emails that Lee sent to someone saying that he did not trust Casey and did not believe her story, and they shouldn't trust her either.

I was assuming the info was in this last doc dump, but haven't been able to find it. Is this old info that I missed? Are the emails posted here somewhere?

OK, in this document page 27, there are a few things about emails from Lee. I am not sure if this is the only reference to his emails I have seen, so I will need to dig further, but I am remembering that this part intrigued me when I saw it because Lee had forwarded an email from Casey which at the beginning had come from the imaginary Universal employee Thomas Franck, like she had forwarded a message from her "boss" as evidence that she needed LA's help at some time. Since the computer forensics had found a "fragment" mentioning Thomas Franck, I was curious on the timing of this - i.e. would Lee have had the PC and faked that email and then later they found the fragment. As best as I could tell it appeared that the email had been faked before it was sent to Lee, as computer forensics already had the PC they found the fragment on before he forwarded the email.

Anyway, I will check some more this afternoon when I get home.

Sleuthers, I recall that someone mentioned that KC was seen at a motel/hotel one evening, pacing around and talking on her cell phone. IIRC, LP alleged this but I'm not sure. Does anyone remember the date this supposedly occurred?

I heard LP say this too and wondered if there was a surveillance tape showing her on it? If that is true, she was pacing and waiting for Caylee to die in the trunk, IMO and it makes me sick.
Also NG keeps bringing up the Death Penalty being put back on the table in light of the NOT an accident, premediatated etc. etc.
I am confused on that one as I've heard they had 45 days to do it and that time expired a few days ago.
I also heard many say they can do it at any time? Does anyone know for sure? TIA for the answers.

Question #1. What information do we know about KC stealing from Lee? I remember KC herself, in one of the jailhouse meetings with Geo and Cindy, said something to the two of them like, "I stole from you, I stole from Lee,".... I wonder if we have something more specific to go on, such as a RECENT theft around May/June 2008 and do we know what was stolen (money, I presume), or any time frame that she stole from Lee right around Caylee's death. I'm looking for something along the lines of how we knew exactly how she stole from her grandparents, only with Lee as the victim.

Question #2: What do we know about a roommate Lee had around the time Caylee was murdered? Was it Mallory? Was it another male? I ask, because I wonder how easily KC would have been able to get into Lee's apartment last June 2008, without fear of anyone walking in (when Lee was out of town).

Question #3: Do we know if Lee's apartment was ever searched? How about his car? (ok, that's two questions) .

Let's also not forget how wide a swath those cell towers cut. Lee lived around the corner from the As. I'm not saying she wasn't home, I'm just saying she could very well have been in the general vicinity. (referring to pings only...home computer time would tell otherwise)

If this was true, I would think that somebody that work or guest would came forward saying "we seem that girl pacing on a cell phone at certain hotel" Or she was register(but I guess a guy could register) I would think that would been in doc dump.:bang:

Do you mean the 15th? The 16th shows she left the A home in the afternoon and spent the night a TonE's.
Remember they went to blockbuster that night, where we saw the vids of her looking carefree and oh-so-loving with her man?

Ok, I added my post to the thread you suggested..I just thought I'd put it here because I had other questions other than the identity of Caylee's father. Thanks for the advice though, I'm pretty new at posting. I do have one straightforward question though, did Ricardo or Casey ever mention going to High School together? And if so can anyone provide a link for me?? Thanks!!

The latest document dump included several faxed pages of George Anthony's work records-- timesheets showing the hours he was working during the critical months, some HR info, etc.

I've scoured WS and the internet and I can't seem to find that specific document. As I remember, it was appended to one of the longer reports, and not included in all the media outlets' doc. dumps.

Can anyone provide a link to the specific document that shows George's work schedule/time sheets from the latest document dump??

Questions, when LP was on NG the other night, what was the point he was trying to make about the trash bags with strings from red to yellow. Quite a while ago you see GA throwing trash out with yellow strings and LP stated when he was at their residence in the beginning the trash bags in the garage had red strings that were changed to yellow. When the lady that picked the trash from their residence that trash bag had red strings. Was Caylee in a yellow or red stringed trash bag? What is his point that he is trying to make? I am trying to understand his statements or clues he says on NG. Is this of any relevance? Just thinking!
