Is it possible that some evidence and search warrant returns are under seal and not to be released to the public?

I just came to this thread to ask....when George and Cindy gave Greta the interview, while they were sitting on their couch....talking about gas cans....didn't George say the trunk had a laundry basket in it? Does anyone know what exactly he said? TIA

snipped from greta transcript......

GEORGE ANTHONY: And I said, Really? She says, yes. I said, Interesting. And I just said, Hey, by the way, I said, I'm getting ready to rotate your mom's tires on her car. There's a little metal wedge that fits underneath your tires so your car doesn't rock back and forth. And I said, Well, I'd like to have it, so in case you're not here over the weekend, I'd like to be able to do it.

She was hesitant about letting me get in the car. And I said, Well, listen, I got an extra key. I'll just go get it. Well, she was adamant about -- about that.

VAN SUSTEREN: What, not letting you into the car?

GEORGE ANTHONY: Yes, didn't want me to get into the car to get the stuff out. Dad, I'll get it for you. Dad, I'll get it out. I said, It's no problem. I know where it's at. I'll get it, get it out and be done with it.

So as we're walking out through the garage, she's still telling me, Dad, I'll get it. Give me a minute, I'll get it. I said, Casey, I'm capable of reaching inside your car, and I got it. So -- and she opened up the trunk of the car...

CINDY ANTHONY: The gas cans were there.

GEORGE ANTHONY: (INAUDIBLE) The gas cans there. She's the one that took the gas cans.

(END VIDEOTAPE)

IIRC these items were found in the trunk when A's picked it up: blue collapsible crate, coat hangers, and other misc. stuff.

I have a very simple question I think, can someone confirm or correct please? TIA

Do I have this right in my mind: Caylee was dressed in a pair of pink and white striped shorts and a tee-shirt that says Big Trouble comes small. She had duct tape on her face that was held in place because it was caught in her hair, the duct tape had been positioned in such a fashion that her mandible was still near her skull. The duct tape originally had a heart shaped sticker placed on it.

She was wrapped in a winnie the pooh blanket, double bagged in black garbage bags and then stuffed inside of a laundry tote?

An observation I made and am not sure if someone caught this but, the way the year is written in the diary is odd, like '03, I know when I was 18 or whatever I always and still do write 2003 etc. That just seems as an older person wrote that in there.
Do we know when the journal was manufactured?

That is what makes me almost sure this was done right after high school. Almost all high school kids will write their class name as their graduation year i.e. '03 or '09. In fact, I recently took in a large canned food donation along with my son to his high school. They were having a class competition to see which class donated the largest amount. When we checked the flats of cans in to the faculty supervisor, she wrote down his class year as 12 and I asked her about it as he is a freshman, and I expected her to write it down as 9. She said "no, we classify everything in terms of their graduation year".

Most of what you posited requires interpretation of documents that are not very specific. We can't know that Caylee was wearing those clothes, or if she was naked and the clothes were inside the bag. We can't know if she was wrapped in the Pooh blanket. We are told that there were two plastic trash bags, but not what each originally contained. IOW, we don't know if she was 'double-bagged', or if two trash bags each contained things.

These are good questions, but you will get differing answers from people.

TY Hot Dogs.

I was hoping someone can point me to the right thread if there is one regarding this. On one of the news stations yesterday...CNN possibly?......I heard a discussion about the fact that the meter readers co-worker's interviews totally contradicted his statements regarding when and how he found the remains. No one seems to be addressing that issue here, or at least I have not found the right place.

Why were there no shoes of Caylee's found at the crime scene??

They had disagreements, but IMO, nothing importantly contradictory. You can read summaries of their testimonies throughout the document here.

We can carry this conversation to the linked Kronk thread.

Just curious when everyone else thinks we will see the additional info JB was given on Monday.

Just a guess on my part for this one but I'd say Monday at the latest.

There are also another 20 CD's that will be realeased in the coming weeks to JB from the SA's office.

:blowkiss:

20 CDs? Photographic evidence, or do all the documents get released on CDs?

Casey's class year was 2004 not 2003.

i hope someone can direct me to the GA interview, in which he gives a description of what Caylee was wearing on June 16th... I know there are threads on it somewhere, but was unable to find a thread or the interview...Thank-You for any help.

Thanks Tammie, Yes...Blue jean skirt, White tennis shoes, PINK top, WHITE rim sunglasses. At least two of the items are in the new documents, as evidence found with the remains. This Should clear up any questions about George seeing Caylee and KC on the 16th @12:50pm imo....same outfit.

Thanks :blowkiss:

ETA: You know what different bottom. Strip shorts found...chasing tail...it's not gonna matter.
