Yes! that's it.... but is there a video clip?? I've never seen the entire court appearance....it was pre-obsession with this case!

So does LE have the phone records of who Dominic C. was talking to when he was searching the woods? Was it the psychic? I find it very hard to believe he was innocently talking to a psychic.

But why would Lee, or anyone else in the Anthony family, want the body to be found by their private investigator? And if the tipster knew it was there, why was it forgotten about when DC didn't find what he was looking for on Nov. 15? None of this adds up to me.

I actually have 2 questions I would like to hear them answear:

I would like to know why is the 31 days only attached to Casey?
IMHO Grandparents too waited the 31 days.
I would like them to be asked:
Since your granddaughter lived with you and was not brought home after 3 days
of getting BS stories from Casey and knowing that she is a lier.
WHY DID YOU WAIT the additional 28 days??????
and Mr & Mrs "A" do not tell me you had no jurisdiction because Casey is the Mom
and has all legal rights.
That will not fly. Parents DO HAVE a 6th sense, when you did not hear Caylees voice
on the phone it was time to make that 911 call 28 days before you finally did
make the obligated 911 call for "Damage Control"

GA is a trained LE why did he clean the car or let Cindy wash pants and other things
from the trunk. Why did he throw away what he thought was junk?
Why did they say they know that smell.
To look good for a moment and then back track.?
there was a very obvious plan most likely set the day of the 911 call.

I still do not understand why the 31 days are only attributed to Casey, and not to her parents as well.

Almost positive I saw LE interviews with a couple of the Fusian "shot girls." Think one was named Jenna. I'll try to look for them but I can never find anything. IIRC there wasn't anything of interest in them, just KC always acted normal, no drugs involved and never metioned Caylee was missing.

She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?

WOW I never read Cindys post, but I sure know that feeling of doing and hoping and praying for the best, overlooking some things, and not picking on everything.
BUT WHY didnt she call 911 on July 3rd? seems that by now she did have some idea that something is very, very wrong.

On July 3rd, I don't think CA was suspecting anything nefarious other than KC wasn't letting her see her granddaughter. Of course, I could be wrong.

As for the 31 days falling on GA and CA also... perhaps, they either did or didn't know. We can only speculate.

I don't have kids of my own, but I have a sister that had a severe falling out with our mother... Not to villify my sister, but she really didn't want her son around our mom... for reasons their own. Our mom never called the police thinking that my sister had done anything to my nephew. It was just a very sad time where a grandmother missed her daughter and grandson.

I don't know... just throwing that out there for ya to chew on.

As a grandmother of three, I too find it to be quite strange that Cindy's "hinky meter" wasn't going off a LOT sooner. The interviews with Cindy's co-workers indicate that THEY thought the stories were strange as Cindy was relaying Casey's "stories" to them.
And also, when she came back to work on the day the car was retrieved from the tow lot and tld her co-workers about the death smell, THEY urged her to call LE.

I don't know - a Registered Nurse who did not recognize her daughter's advanced pregnancy combined with Cindy "buying into" all of Casey's lies during Caylee's absence maked me think:
1.) Cindy is stupid (I don't really think so)
2.) Cindy is mentally disturbed (Very possible)
3.) Cindy knew what was up all along while Caylee was "missing" (I don't think so)

FWIW...IIRC, only one shotgirl, Jamie R.'s, statement has been released to-date. I'm sure others can point to Jenna's statement if it has been released.

1) IIRC, Jamie 'filled in' @ Fusian on a temporary basis starting in early July. Jamie's thread, including a link to the transcript of her interview can be found in post#1 here.

IMHO, Jamie's statement provided the key independent link that best validates Blink's detailed theory that Casey posed as Zenaida in the receipt of a traffic citation on 5/24 and payment on 7/15, the afternoon of her arrest. When Blink's theory surfaced we were able to fill in a missing piece of the puzzle for Casey's cell pings 7/15. From the cell pings JWG had identified Casey's circuitous route from Tony's apt. to the airport - by way of what appeared to be Ric & Amy's apt. - to pickup Amy that afternoon, but, something was still missing. Then, Blink's theory surfaced, and Jamie's statement about an encounter w/ Casey that could be tied to 7/15 made it all come together. What appeared to be a stop by Ric & Amy's apartment was so close to the OC Clerk's office we hadn't been able to make the distinction. If interested you can read more here - starting ~post#52.

If you read the Jamie's interview and follow the theory you can make the connection. Jamie made the statement that Casey didn't meet up w/ her in Oviedo one day because Casey explained she had to go downtown and deal w/ a speeding ticket. Communication between Jamie & Casey on 7/15 between 11:24AM-1:55PM IMHO is an excellent fit as evidence of this exchange. IMHO, Jamie got the month confused in her statement (July vs. June) likely thinking 'a month ago' was June since she was making statements about July - the month she was interacting w/ Casey...despite being interviewed in August. If you read the interview you'll note that the detective goes back to this point about the date a few times because of its importance.

2) I don't recall seeing interview w/ Jenna P. released - but my memory is a bit foggy on it. There is a thread for Jenna here.

Before the body was discovered on Suburban Dr. there was alot made of a handwritten directions to Jenna's house that were discovered (in the console of Tony's Jeep IIRC), however, Casey's cell pings don't support that she ever visited Jenna's house.

As upset as we are with the Anthonys for not doing the right thing at the right time, the blame really falls on KC. CA had suspicions, obviously, through those 31 days. But KC was the mom, and Caylee was her responsibility. I believe during the time when CA wrote the myspace entry, she genuinely believed KC had taken Caylee away to spite CA. I do believe she would have called 911 at that time if she thought KC had committed foul play.

Of course, we would have been much smarter and followed any hunches we had. We would have been more concerned for the safety of our grandchild. But CA wasn't.

Always, I have posted this several times in the past. Either CA is really stupid or she just refuses to admit the truth when she doesn't like the truth. Did you read Cindy's brother's emails, trying so hard to convince CA that KC killed Caylee? He flat-out asks her "how can you be so stupid???"

The depositions of all three of the Anthonys have been eye-opening for me. LA and CA have so much in common, the way they can blurt out unbelievable stuff with a straight face. Of couse, KC is the same way. GA, not quite as bad. He doesn't make my head hurt.

CA stated in her interview that LE already determined through phone records that DC was talking to the psychic while he searched the woods. Is this true? If so, I hadn't heard it, but I'd think John Morgan would have challenged her claim, and he didn't.
