List of Cleared POIs...No Discussion Please...

I figured we needed a list of cleared POIs (or suspects). Please don't discuss the names, start a new thread if you wish to do that. These are listed in no particular order. Add any who I have missed. However, PLEASE do NOT add John, Patsy, or Burke to this list. In light of the indictments, I don't feel John and Patsy should be on this list. Burke, well he couldn't be charged, but again due to the indictments, he shouldn't be on this list either.

In the opening post, I specifically asked that Burke not be included due to the Grand Jury indictments, and his age. I have asked that your post be removed because of those reasons. Plus, that source is from 1999, and a lot has happened since then, namely, Kolar's book.
