I would assume yes...unless the judge closes it...but I can't see that happening.

PS- There would have been no need to call KB as a witness then..tee hee.

Do we know for a fact the defense submitted expert reports by deadline on Feb 15? There is nothing on the county clerks office to suggest they have been. Just the whole KB as a witness smoke screen.

I don't know if I've asked this out loud before!! But I've thought of it many times. Do we have any reports from the first responding officers? Was there ever a report by the officer who purportedly took the second id out of KC's wallet per LA?

..in relation to your question-------the defense did request the transcript of Reginald Hosey (and many others) on feb.16/11.

..he was the officer that first contacted yuriM the evening of July 15th/08.

At the bonding hearing in Aug 2008, Judge Strickland ordered the results of ICA psych exam sealed. Is that because the results were abnormal or for privacy issues?

:twocents: My interpretation of his action is that the information would be held until the trial and may not be released even at that point unless needed :waitasec:. This is NOT an unusual action for a judge to take at least in cases that I've :innocent: observed within a few jurisdictions other than Florida.

I was snooping around in the Resource Forum and found these tonight. I'm gonna link you to BeanE's post cause there are a couple of links there you might be interested in. In fact, that whole thread is like stepping into a time capsule, but great reading. Fantastic work done.

I have been reading here for quite some time, but this is my first post.

I have a follow on question to the "normal" behavior of the defense team. If this is not the behavior that is "normal" why are there so many well known lawyers and experts on board with Mr. Baez? When he looses one lawyer or expert, another quickly jumps in to take their place. I have heard it stated that it is unfortunate that Mr. Baez is dragging Mr. Mason down to his level - but - Mr. Mason is there willingly and I find it hard to believe that he is unaware of what is going on. In fact, I think that it was Mr. Mason who told the "mistruths" to the court regarding the court reporting service. And while many people express outrage over this behavior, no one in authority has taken any action. The Florida Bar has dismissed all of the complaints against Mr. Baez as unfounded and two presiding judges have allowed him to continue in this manner.

So while this may not be the "normal" behavior, is this the accepted behavior of a Defense Team within the legal community?

The past couple of days the discussion has produced videos that included questions about the letter(s) ICA wrote to the family, which of course none of the family has seen. Yeah, right!
This reminded me of a mystery letter addressed to "Lee" that ended up with investigators. Does anyone remember this and was this ever discussed? Who wrote it? what was it? Was LA the intended recipient?

Sorry if this is a repeat question. When were all the defense expert reports due? (latest new date)

Especially Dr Reich's?
Have we heard anything more about reports being filed yet? TIA

eta found the answer from cnn
In the end, Judge Perry agreed to give an extension of time to these reports that were part of the mandatory contempt of court order against Jose Baez. The deadline for turning in reports by Reichs and forensic chemist Dr. Barry Logan will be February 15. The deadline for decomposition expert William Rodriguez will be February 21 and the deadline for forensic pathologist Dr. Werner Spitz will be March 11.

Did we learn if the deadlines were met? One from Mr Rodriguez is due Today :)

Hi LancelotLink. I think this is the letter you were referring to. It was in a thread started by Lovjac http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=79979&highlight=anonymous+letter+Lee

I have a dumb question. When Caylee was found and the site was being carefully and meticulously combed over, were cadaver dogs used at the location at that time to search for bones?

AZ - OR Anyone who knows:

I read that KC left her entire purse in the car along with her identification. When she and Tony went and looked at an apartment, she was not allowed to because she had no ID. Okay.

Fast Forward to early morning July 16th. Lee brings home bags from Tony's house and it is opened at the Anthony home. In KC's belongings is her wallet and ID.

I always thought that her Wallet and ID were left in her purse in the car at Amscot; so where does the ID come from and her wallet that Lee brought back from Tony's.

I know the detectives mentioned it in interviews that KC was going around without ID.

Can anyone clear this up for me. Thanks.
