Given that there is a 1.5 ft stain on the trunk carpet and there was adipocere formation, do we assume Caylee's body was laying in the trunk unbagged for some length of time (hate writing that.)? Was Casey able to handle her child's body as she was decomposing to manuver her into the backyard, into the bags, into the laundry bag, into the disposal area??

Is there a map of the Anthony's backyard anywhere? What is in the Southeast corner, where the dogs alerted?

I guess there is really no way of knowing the answer to this....but does anyone believe that GA's absence from the recent hearings has anything to do with his coming to his senses, or is it just maybe that he is working now and can't attend?

According to http://www.myflsunshine.com, yes. Even "private prisons" aren't exempt from the sunshine laws.

But, I may be mistaken, I believe the ONLY reason we see these things now is that they fall into the discovery in an active case, and hence are released. I don't believe, after conviction, there would be reason for those things to be released to the media. Yes the Sunshine Laws still apply to all prisons, and prisons all have their protocols to follow (i.e., opening and screening prisoners' mail), but generally that is not released to the public unless "produced" in an active case.
Hope that made some sense. I sometimes know what I want to say, but my fingers don't understand!

The hearing is normally only posted in parts whether an individual records the hearing or if WFTV, WESH etc. posts the hearings.

Is Dr. Kobilinsky on a witness list anywhere? IIRC, he used to be a "expert" on Nancy's Show and then he left the show as he became a witness. The reason for my question is because Dr. Kobilinsky was on Prime News talking about what happened in court today (3/24/11). :crazy:

This question popped into my head during a recent discussion. Has anyone ever seen the defense or anyone else for that matter, come up with an explanation of how ICA decided Caylee was dead, since the Defense seems to be floating an accidental death theory?

I read ICA panicked ...etc. etc., but isn't making the decision your child is dead without getting a "medical opinion" a pretty big leap?

Yes, it was released. Not sure where the link would be. The results were that they found no MALE DNA on the shorts or the laundry bag. They didn't look for female DNA. :waitasec:

Cindy was babysitting Caylee because Casey said she had to go to "work." That's why Cindy was so P.O.'d when she found out Casey had been at a party.

(Sorry if this has been mentioned already...) It occurs to me that there was additional DNA testing with the report due at the Court on 3/23/11. Have we seen that? (if it's in, I wonder how those results impacted Frye prep).

In the "what I saw" thread there was mention that CA has a yellow legal pad. This is not true. She does not write on a yellow legal pad. She has a small spiral bound notebook no bigger than a CD.
