Here is one of the original pics.The head of the teddy bear is at the bottom of the bag.There are cropped and enhanced pictures on this thread,as well as a picture of Caylee with what looks like the same bear.

There is a lot of "speculation" regarding what is at the bottom of the bag, but nothing in concrete that it is a teddy bear. The only thing concrete is that LE removed a gun.

Someone posted in another thread last night that if you go to P.I. Casey's business website, and go to the Caylee case page, that the phone records for DC and GL are on page 4. I did check last night, and yup, they are there!

I don't understand. I looked at the phone records and they seem to end at 9:26 a.m. Does that mean he didn't make or receive any calls after that? He is on the phone on the video when he is searching. What time were he and the other PI out there?

He he -- that was me mitzi, I wasn't sure if any of us were aware those were there or not. Thank you for answering. I thought they looked a little "doctored" and "incomplete". I don't think they are official in any sense just something the A's want others to believe are official proof. So I thought if that's the case just skip it. But then I thought "no, someone needs to get a screenshot of them so that if they are behind putting those out there, and down the road it's proven they knowingly were behind getting DC to put these up on his site as another attempt to deceive the public---important for us to have". Trouble is I don't know how to do screen shots.

Yes he is on the phone when he is in the video. Those records look a mess to me. They don't seem legitimate to me. Even if they turn out to be correct(doubtful), I have no problem believing it was set up to cover @zzes while DC used a disposable or other phone to talk to the real "mystery informer directing him to a certain area to search".

I believe he stated it was around 8am.

I can't recall off hand what he said about what time he was talking to his sick daughter (uh huh) and GL (ditto last response in parenthesis) but I'll see if I can find it.

Should we start a thread for this? I've never started one before. JMO

I have no legal expertise,but I assume it's because someone charged has the right to remain silent,the right to not self incriminate.
But I sure wish we could!

Because (1) it would be EXTREMELY unconstitutional , and (2) it isn't very reliable for the purpose of actually getting people to tell the truth (as opposed to just making them more suggestible and talkative).

(3) could also be dangerous. Depending on what type of drug, or alcohol is given. (there is no one drug that called "truth serum")

Some individuals could have serious side effects to certain drugs. It would be a shame to seriously injure or kill a suspect in an effort to have them confess. We would not want to give LE the authority to drug us if they believe we have done something wrong.

I haven't been keeping up with this case on a daily basis for a long time BUT - a friend of mine who lives in the Orlando area told me today that she heard GA and CA were also given immunity along with LA!!! Is that true???

Well ok. I'm just saying.. Charlie Manson still, after 30 years, draw a boat load of attention. And it should be. Sharon Tate deserves to have her name known to every generation who came along after the 70's, and from every angle.

My mom used to say that the only education worth anything was a well-rounded education. And that means reading everything from every angle.

For those of you who post messages on here, or start and end threads by saying "please provide a link", or "where do you get your information" or "I want to know your resource" - consider this ... if a book is published and it is NOT read, how would one make a case against any given argument?

If we had burned books because a select few deemed them unfit to read, we would have more problems than I care to shake a stick at.

We have been dealing with these people for over a year- we know what they'll say and we will refute it the same way we have been all along! PLUS after trial there will be proof (truth) within the court documents to refute any other lies they care to put into print.

Was it ever learned that Cindy did in fact send a bear that belonged to Caylee to the pyschic in VA.? If so, did she ever turn it over to LE? Also, were the items that Baez were given, that were in turn given to LE, ever tested?

Kimster, the only immunity that has been given to any of the three Anthonys being deposed, is what, I believe is called "use immunity." IIRC, if you receive a subpoena for a deposition, you automatically get this "use immunity". I believe that means that anything you say at depo cannot be used against you. Other evidence must be used to incriminate you, not your words at a deposition. Perhaps one of our resident attorneys can comment.

Nothing has been released to the media regarding Cindy and George having immunity.

I have a question. This is big, ya? Does this mean what I think it means, that George and Cindy must testify "against" Casey? How does that work?

Don't both sides ask questions of each witness, and what would make it that George and Cindy "were testifying FOR prosecutors"? How can prosecutors know that asking G&C questions will help their case? Or is that it...they know that just by asking them questions it will be good for their case?

I bet there are threads that talk about this so I will look but if anyone has a link handy: thanks.

Which police interview of cindy, when the officer asked at the end, "Raise your right hand, do you affirm that what you've said is true?" And she made a big stink about it?

I read both her FBI transcript and LE transcript last night and didn't see it anywhere. I can't remember what that was from. TIA.

LE came to the Anthony home in the early morning hours and removed the gun that was in the wheel-well of George's car. Casey was out of jail at that time and having a gun anywhere within the household or a vehicle could have put Casey back in jail.

I don't recall that a teddy bear was also found in the wheel-well of Geroge's car.

We don't know if Lee did an interview with the FBI. Every interview that Lee has done including when Tony went undercover to speak with Lee has been released.
