Listening Issues

Enjoying the show but have what may be a couple of dumb questions. Is it possible to save the programs as audio files? If so, how? It appears I just have the option of starting the player- I don't see how to fast forward through parts already heard. I do not have time to sit through an entire program at one sitting. Thanks.
