gosh I wonder if MK is going to spread these interviews out over a two week span????

My personal opinion,

She is going to play the "Postpartum Depression" Card...

Or Postpartum Psychosis..

Combined with effexor and alcohol black out...

This is exactly what I have been thinking since her "new" story has been released. If, and when they find Lisa, she won't recall a thing. IMO, her defense will use the Effexor and alcohol as an excuse. She probably didn't take this medicine while pregnant, so they will say it's new to her, then combined with alcohol, blah blah blah. Furthermore, I believe this is the exact reason they are using the "infant" pictures instead of current photo's of Baby Lisa! JMO :twocents:

If it's true the last time the parents talked to LE without restrictions is Oct 6, there is no doubt in my mind they have plenty to hide. I can't imagine my baby being abducted in the middle of the night and not screaming to cooperate with LE. I would be breaking down their doors to interview me. 13 hours of interviews is NOTHING when your baby is missing. Like I said before, they are only in a CYA mode, nothing is about finding Baby Lisa, nothing! :banghead:

And if the phones had been turned off as they say for non payment, DB would know that.

IIRC, she said they were on the counter because she was reprogramming them...

......she sure likes to spin.. :panic:

IN this CASE the Use of Effexor by DB:

The cure for depression or the easing of depression is not to just give a patient a pill and have them come back every so often for a BP checkup.

The Cure and Stabilization for Depression in which Effexor has been prescribed,

Is therapy along with Effexor By a Mental Health licensed Person.

While we're talking about prescriptions and/or alcohol use, has anyone been able to find information about why Lisa doesn't drive? Has she ever had a license? Was it suspended or revoked? There has to be a reason for this, and I don't buy the "not having insurance" story unless it's really a matter of finances. jmo

It was just announced that she was taking effexor. She says she had been on anxiety meds. Either way, she is under the care of a psychiatrist..

Not necessarily. I take Effexor XR and I get it from my regular medical doctor.

Traumatic time, yes but making her younger no. I know a few people who have lost a parent at a young age and if anything they were stronger because they had to take on so much responsibility themselves.

You are right. I did not explain what I meant correctly. It may well make one stronger and more responsible, but it also can make one emotionally stunted or 'frozen in time' because of the trauma.

One of my good friends lost both of her parents in a car accident when she was 16. She became the 'head of the household' in some ways for her 2 little brothers. She became very strong and responsible, and like a mother to them.
But in some ways she is very emotionally needy and insecure and fragile, even though she is in her late 40's now. If that makes sense.

t-h-a-n-k y-o-u!!!

Just saw Baez leaving a Broadway Play with Barbara <modsnip> and Lizzy Baden. Between that and the DB attorney, my day is messed up and I may need anti-anxiety meds.

:floorlaugh:...............I know just what you mean! I saw that on TMZ.

I had to double up on my blood pressure meds yesterday with all the new revelations in this case. (j/k)

Now I am going to have to enroll in anger management classes. I am angry every day that Baby Lisa is still out there somewhere and parents who never even use her name.

MOO

All I have to say is I'm glad Megan Kelly is on this story because she will ask the questions we all have and has a way to get the answer to them also.

BBM. If any family is reading here I hope they pay attention to that statement. If/when this comes down to trial, someone else will be blamed. It is already being planned. And it does sound like the other person to be blamed may come from the extended family. In order to keep themselves or some other innocent from being blamed, it would be in their best interest to go to LE now with any info they may have or anything they may have overheard.

Agreed and i'm wondering if the drunken blackout could be used later as a defense plea?

It is going to start getting really cold soon, Lisa where are you?

Interview by M Kelly:
MK: did police track those cell phones? where to?

MK: we've been told police say a call made from one of cell phones. was that u?
Mom: no
MK: who could have [done that]?
Mom: whoever took her

Exactly. Her fiance obviously has to have insurance because of his job. If she had a normal driving background then adding her on to his plan, as a stay at home mom with a used car and very little driving miles would be very very inexpensive. So, imo, she probably had some past driving issues, like accidents or several moving violations that would have made it more expensive.

she may go to a therapist,, we don't know that...usually a psyc. doc gives the meds and maybe talks for a few minutes, and then therapy is done elsewhere, and patients are given blood tests, blood pressure test etc..by the regular doctor...although the psyc doc can order blood tests and x-rays...i deal with this stuff everyday at home....sadly

My hubby takes it. He doesn't go to a psychiatrist either. It doesn't make him sleepy or hyped up. He hasn't cleaned my house. It does make him less argumentative which I like. And he occasionally drinks with no ill side effects.
Okay, I get it already. Pay me no attention. This was not a conviction of anyone who takes Effexor. Please, I realize some have different reactions than the common ones.

I will repeat once more. I don't consider Effexor a smackdown. It is a great med. I was looking at the whole picture. I think I was pretty clear when I indicated Effexor is most likely not the only med she takes (if she takes it). She was mental health issues way beyond that. It is my opinion.

I should have learned after all this time that some are going to take comments personally. Sorry to offend the posters I have. It wasn't meant to take personally. It was opinion from my observations of patients in a clinical setting.
