Because whyyyyyyyy????????? (not yelling at you, of course)

Maybe because he thinks someone who wants a baby stole Lisa?

That's what I think too.

According to this FBI agent, looking up and to the right means you are LYING, contrary to what the body language lady said on Judge Jeanine's show.

I have always heard it to be according to the FBI agent. This is because the creative side of your brain is the right side. When you lie, you go over to your right brain and create a story.

Judge - If the front door was unlocked why climb through a window.

BS - we don't know that the door was unlocked.

What's your theory

BS: I have gone over hours with my team and friends in LE - and I enlighten them to the facts known - it can't be done (killing)

He won't speak to the dumpster fire. WHOA!!!!!

Baden saying the window (if used as point of entry) would have held a tremendous amount of forensic evidence (he's right)

Joey J - there's an undue focus on the parents. Investigation has to be broad.

According to People Magazine Oct 31 2011 edition - "Nothing seemed normal to Jeremy Irwin when he came home from work at 3:45am on Oct 4th. For one thing, he says, the front door to his single story, three bedroom home in Kansas City Mo., was unlocked."

:waitasec: Has BS seen this yet? He's mentioned on page 50 and has a photo.

Yea, I don't know how this plays out.

Deborah was drinking. Unlocked doors, lights on, etc., would maybe be expected.

I took his statement tonight as "how do we know that the door (when the intruder got there) wan't locked (meaning DB did, in fact, lock the door)" And the intruder came through the window and went out the front door, therefore leaving it unlocked now.

I was taught it depends on whether the person is right- or left-handed. It's my understanding that when a right-handed person looks up and to the right...the person is lying (so I'm on the FBI agent's side on that one).

I think what BS was trying to say is they don't know for sure if she left the door open when she went to sleep. In other words, it was open when dad got home, maybe because an intruder used it to leave the home.

But, imo, it was pretty obviously left open. Mom did not lock the door, close the window, or turn off the lights, imo. Nor did she check on her kids. imoo

I think he is trying to say that no body will be found because she is not dead in their opinion. His thoughts not mine. IMO

Out of almost 300 posts in here - I can only find a handful of MSM links with updates on baby Lisa. :(

I'm trying to get a handle on the conversation in here too.

Can someone enlighten those of us who haven't been here today as to which MSM is being discussed? :tyou:

But...whose right are we talking about? The person who is talking, or the person observing?

Her program was very interesting, esp. the remarks of Tanya Reiman, the body language expert.

Mark Klaas was very perceptive, as usual, in his assessment of the situation.

Jeanine gave <Mod Snip> Joe and Investigator Bob heartburn. They did not look like happy campers.

Judge Jeanne Piro's show tonight was focused on this case. That's what we've been discussing. It was on from 9 - 10 EST and just ended about 10 minutes ago. It was a new show and had BS and Tacopina on as well as an "expert panel" that included Michael Baden and Mark Fhurman.

At least that's what I was posting on - just like we do with NG and her shows.

That's what I think too.

But they would have left some sort of DNA somewhere in the house, in the window, on the lights that were turned on, footprints, handprints...LE has seen nothing to think kidnapping.........

I have thought that IF it was an intruder that the "in through the window, out through the door" is a possibility. I believe in the Dowaliby case that is how it happened. If the story from DB was consistent, I might still be entertaining the possibility that a family member/friend/acquaintance is responsible. I never believed it was some stranger.
