Fox reporter: Police say the mystery man [on surveillance tape] is not new to them...

Of course not! I love KCPD more and more

The flip side of that coin, though, is that if you can't remember the events of the evening, how can you state with certainty that it's not possible that you had an accident and hurt your child?

You can't have it both ways. You can't say, "I don't recall anything because I was drunk", and then turn around and say, "My being drunk has nothing to do with my child being missing!"You either know what you did that night or you don't.

BBM But, not if it was a fragmentary blackout, which is much more common, I would think, then a complete blackout. MOO

The word "Grieving" is not what is bothering me.

If the question was "Deborah, why aren't you talking to the media?" Her answer would be fine and I would respect it.

In some cases I believe, They have given 2 hour interviews to the national press?

If it is true they aren't talking to any local press I'd love to know of any valid reasons to why.
Just from a personal standpoint but if they treated this family as rude as they have treated this neighborhood I wouldn't want to talk to them either. For the most part, the national media here has been far more respectful of everyone around here. They ask nicely for interviews, while the local ones demand. I could go on and on with this one:crazy:

Question (not sure anyone can really answer)

What does JI wear for work? Does he have uniform shirts? I would think so - most service industries now have uniforms so they are identifiable when they come to a house or whatever.

The question is - does he wear a white t-shirt (undershirt) with those uniforms?

In one of the media videos it showed his work van. I noted the company name on the van and went to their website. None of the photos of the electricians in the photos on their site show uniforms. They are wearing normal shirts, with varying colors. Ie. whatever they wanted to wear that day.

I'll post the link if it is ok to do so. One way you'll know it's right is they have a Baby Lisa poster on the site now. I also took a screen shot of the van.

Right. But I think that if she was that drunk, she would have had a heck of a time hiding all evidence, disposing of the body in a way that LE couldn't find it, not waking her sons, not attracting other attention... etc. etc. etc.

Plus, she has never said that she can't remember anything. She agreed that it was possible that she blacked out, but that could easily mean that she simply can't remember every minute of what she did the night before.

I hear you. I'm patient though having waited 4.5 years in another unresolved case!

I just hope the delay with LE is because they have a lot of damning evidence to process(to whoever is guilty)rather than them having nothing at all.

These KC investigators are excellent at their job. They can afford to bide their time; to dot all the i's and cross all the t's.

Debbie and Jeremy aren't going anywhere. Let them sit in KC and sweat it out for 6 months; a year; whatever it takes. Let them cringe every time human remains are found in the area. Let them wonder which of their closest friends and relatives will tell what they know of that night.

Even without Baby Lisa's body, a case can be made and they can be prosecuted.

Wait and see.

Why go up to Chelsea though if they stole Lisa? They could just follow N Lister Ave south and end up in the same place? They could've been on their way to set the dumpster fire, but then they wouldn't be on their way to the river. And, if the person set the fire and then went to the river, wouldn't they just take N Brighton Ave south? I guess they wouldn't have to take actual streets... :waitasec:
Yep. Chelsea to the river makes no logical sense. Especially if you could go down N Lister to the park road and then cut behind the houses to the river and not be seen by anybody.

Well I am pretty high-maintenace, BUT am two weeks late on my color/cut because I've been so busy. MAJOR roots showing here!

I can tell you that if my precious baby were missing, my greasy hair would be in a pony tail and a ball cap until someone had to force me to wash it. Even if I wanted to get it cut and colored, I would feel too guilty to do so because it would take time away from my searching and communicating with LE.

That is how I feel as well. I would not want to look better or even feel better. It would never be off my mind that my child is going through god knows what. I would be searching every nook and cranny in my neighborhood with my hair looking like medusa and whatever clothing I threw on. I would not care what anybody thought of me, how the public perceived me and whether or not they thought I had something to do with my child's disappearance. All I would care about is doing everything and anything to find my child because I know she is out there somewhere needing me.

If she "blacked out" at ANY point that evening, she doesn't know what she did within THAT period of time. The very definition of a "black out" is a period of time which you can not recall. If there is any period of time you can not recall, you can not say what you did or didn't do within that period of time.

Sorry, but do you have a link for any of the above statements? Or is that just your opinion? I can't be on the forum all day, but do get on when I can. So obviously I miss a great many posts so it helps me if there is a link or at least a disclaimer that it is an opinion or theory. ty
I'm sorry. I don't have a link for the JT statement about the neighbor leaving between 10:30 and 11 - he just said that on live TV - it was a live interview on FOX national with Megyn Kelly.

As for the DB statement that she hasn't spoken with the neighbor - I'll go look. I do think it was the Judge Piro interview.

I'll look and post it when I find it.

Not that difficult to do all the above if you have sober accomplices.

That neighbor sighting thing has changed too. First the woman said that her husband SAW a man with a baby and asked her to call LE.

Now I see this neighbor on camera saying "WE saw, blah, blah blah.

Wow, really? (I'm way behind!) You know, the first thing I remember about the neighbor was (print) media referencing that she asked not to be named. The next day there she is on GMA. :)

Not that difficult to do all the above if you have sober accomplices.

Or a husband who comes home sober and finds an unspeakable situation in his home.
