FOX 4's John Pepitone describes a heated conversation police had with the baby's parents at the wooded area where police were searching. According to witnesses, the parents, Jeremy Irwin and Debbie Bradley, were seen having an animated discussion with police before speeding off in their car.

Why would the parents be angry that LE was searching the woods for the third time?

Why would anyone hire a criminal defense atty before they have been charged with a crime? ESPECIALLY, a city slicker from the Big Apple who defends the worst of the worst! DB is obsessed with being arrested - consciousness of guilt or just a worry wort?

If this was my missing baby, I wouldn't be calling a defense atty - I would be searching every nook and cranny, hiring divers (iinstead of lawyers) to seach the river, calling Equi-Search, getting volunteer search parties....AND hounding LE every single day to see if they have any new info and offering myself up for more questioning on the hope that I might have forgotten pertinent information!!!

I'm also curious as to why DB and JI have never looked into the cameras and made a DIRECT appeal to the alleged kidnapper to bring their baby home. JI's silence and DB's inconsistencies speak volumes! Why didn't LE give JI and LDT??? Too late now - <modsnip> Joe will never let it happen.

All of the substantial inconsistencies since Tacopino came to the rescue might very well end up being DB's one-way ticket to the Big House! They did themselves no favors when they hired the city slicker!

If police were accusing me of a crime, even if they hadn't charged me <yet>, I would get a criminal defense attorney. I'd still talk to LE...with my attorney present and under advisement, but thats the kind of lawyer I'd get, which is my right. Being accused of such a thing should not be taken lightly...and does not reflect badly on an American because they employ that right. JMO

Also, I did see the parents look into the camera and make a direct appeal. They said drop her off at a hospital or fire station or some other safe place <paraphrasing>.Hopefullyn that is in the media links thread.

Imo, he is standing beside his wife and the TWO of them are not cooperating with LE-- aiding and abetting, in this case, is equal to the same crime. I don't think his hands are clean at all. MOO

According to JI, LE never asked him to take a lie detector test. I've never heard LE say anything of the sort.

As for disregarding facts, I never do that. If it's a fact it's a fact, if it isn't, it's fair game to question, imo.

Often times immediate family members cover for one another. Happens all the time. So, maybe a father or a brother. Time will tell.

I'm really close with my sisters, my best friends, my children, my parents and my significant other. I have worked in an industry where I came into contact with some serious lowlifes that would do almost anything I asked.

Out of all of the people I am close to and know, there is not a single person that would not only cover for me, but help me get rid of a child's body, even my own child. Maybe possibly, I could get someone to help me hide the body of an adult that abused me, but no way would anyone I've ever known cover for me and help me hide a child's body.

He's trying to clarify that if DB killed Lisa, she wouldn't have had time to lay her down on the floor long enough for a dog to get a hit. And the two boys being in the home.

But BS also says that he hasn't ruled out the family - that he's still looking at the family.

He and DB aren't married, though. Maybe it wasn't in relation to her....He could have been discussing the neighbor lady who was estranged from her husband?

Unless it was aimed at her because SHE cheated on her husband, the one she is still married to?

Even assuming decomposition takes hours for cadaver dog to make a "hit" DB last saw the child at 6:40 pm. The child wasn't called in until 4 am. That leaves plenty of hours for decomposition, so what is he talking about?

The se corner? The reason I chose the sw corner is because you can see an oncoming vehicle nearly hit him. He crossed the street heading to the se corner.

The thought has crossed my mind that the reason both boys were in bed with Mom could have been so that whoever else was there could prepare to get Lisa out of the house with zero chance of interruption. IOW, Mom was keeping the boys in her room rather than the boys wanting to be in there. Just a thought.
