This mystery man is one of two things, IMHO, either an accomplice of DB's or someone who stole the baby. Either way she may be to blame.

My question for this evening, is when are they going to investigate the mom for negligence? Based on the words that came out of her mouth, she was drunk, could have passed out, and in my opinion that looks bad anyway you slice it.

This case is getting stranger and stranger each day. But I, for one, am sick of these "mystery man" allegations.

The mother was responsible for the child. PERIOD! No one but her!

The one detail I've not heard asked is, is this man you saw white, black , hispanic ? Isn't that an important detail ? or have I missed it ?:waitasec:

They asked the motorcycle guy to describe the man-he hasn't mentioned a single facial feature or the race. But yet he would recognize him again. Well if he would recognize him again what did he look like?

Just to be clear.. It seems some are of the belief that BOTH OF THE SONS ENDED UP IN BED WITH DEB.. this isn't accurate.. There was only ONE SON WHO WAS IN THE BED WITH DEB.. important given that some think it suspicious that both somehow ended up in bed with mom or that she didn't check on Lisa when both boys came in scared to her bed..

This did not occur. Only one boy was sleeping in the bed with Deb.

Okay, this is exactly the way I recalled it as well. I was starting to think my brain was just making things up or I somehow misunderstood.

You are recalling what the reporter wrote and said. If you listen to the video she never said her husband was returning home, the reporter did. She did not clarify in the the first interview that the "calling LE conversation" was on the phone while her husband was driving to work. Or maybe she did and it was edited out.

We don't know that she didn't initially give more details because the media edited it.

Yeah, I can never discredit anyone based on what media reports. Followed too many cases over the years to know better.:innocent:

How sure are they that it even was a baby? Maybe the guy was carrying his dog around.

The street is brightly lit, just 'orange'. You can see all the detail except not necessarily make out race. ie. light skinned black vs latino vs tanned white man. It actually makes her more credible in my mind. Not assuming what race he is.

What were all these people doing at 4 am in the morning? First you have 3 witnesses seeing a man walking with a baby, then you have a guy in white walking down the street at 2:30 am in the morning, what in the heck was everybody doing up and peeking out their windows?

Well, I think its time to re-question JI's co-workers and see if he left at all for a time. He could have been at work but did he leave early. This is getting stranger and stranger every single day.
