Keystone cops gave permission for a movie gun battle in London -- then later declared it a crime scene when a member of the public found bullet casings, The U.K. Sun reported. Obviously, the bullet casings proved to be from the blanks which had just been shot hours before, on the 3 day shoot on the set of the film...that police had authorized.

It even states at the link above that police threatened to fine the production company for 'wasting time of law enforcement' ... OMG :waitasec:
