Jake is 8 years old and has battled leukemia for 4 years. When he returned to Northside Elementary he was met by a surprise-his fellow students had shaved their heads and donned masks in support of Jake's latest round of treatment. Hair was donated to Locks of Love and to the Gulf Coast efforts to counter act the effects of the oil spill...All 24 of his classmates participated...as well as his teacher.
