My guess is that she's a climber and he's all to happy to take advantage of that. Too bad she doesn't realize that I watched ALL of Lost and I had to Google this guy because I didn't recognize his name.

I like how the media refers to this guy as a Character actor. Isn't that just a step above a walk-in part? Many many actors start off as character actors (ie, Cloris Leachman) before gaining star status -- but I guess we can't hold out much hope now for whats-his-name and his child bride.

Courtney Stodden, Doug Hutchison want $3 million for radio interview: Report

Jeremy Baumhower, a producer for a few major radio shows across the country, recently emailed an address for Hutchison on Stodden's website asking if she, her husband or mother would like to appear on some of his 660 radio shows across the country.

"We would make every show play Courtney's music and you can promote anything you wish," he promised in the emails, which were posted on Gawker.com. "Please call me when you get this email. Congratulations on your wedding!!"

Either Hutchison or someone from Stodden's team replied three hours later with a simple phrase: "We want 3 million to appear".

Interviews of them have been all over tv, and her music videos are viewable for free on YouTube... not sure where they get off thinking they are now bankable. If Doug is serious about wanting big money for an interview, considering that she is a minor child, he could always go the "duct taping of the nose/mouth and dumping her in a Florida swamp" route. I hear it pays well. Of course it would kind of stall out her career... whatever that may be... as of right now her career seems to be nothing more than being an underage sugar baby.

Let me back up and defend her, here, for a moment, though: she's a kid... she does not have the maturity to understand how screwed up all of this is. Her parents have obviously failed her and seems to have gladly signed her over to him. He is an adult that should know better... he has rightfully earned the "perv" title.

It's really sad that someone has taught this girl that this is how a young lady is supposed to portray herself. That this is normal.
I agree. She's definitely on something. I think I might have to be on something in order to function if I knew I'd been sold out by my parents and a dirty old man too though.

I've actually grown to feel sad and sorry for this young girl. She is truly missing out on her childhood and IMO the best times of a person's life (high school and just being a teenager).

I completely blame her "parents" for stealing her childhood and IMO pushing her to do ANYTHING possible to become famous and a meal ticket for them.

As for Hutchison, I have no words. Nothing he could say would make me or IMO any sane person believe it is okay that he married this teenager.

BTW, saw a video of them on TMZ today and she doesn't even drive yet!!! No worries though, her hubby is going to teach her soon!! Guess her "parents" had other priorities in mind for her....

I am just truly disgusted!!!

I feel more sorry for her than I can ever put into words Indianagirl. No matter how mature of a 16 yr old she is, she's still onl 16 yrs old. She's a kid no matter what she's gone through she is still a kid.

I don't care if it is "legal" for a 50 yr old man to marry a 16 year old girl. It's reprehensible. There is no way that he doesn't have the upper hand, even if he is not using an upper hand he has far more life experience than she does. Makes my stomach roll. all JMHO

Found this picture of her from a pageant she was in. She looks mighty tame in it, compared to pics of her now. It is quite a pretty picture of her... I'm assuming the headshot was taken before she met Doug and transformed into the possibly drugged up sex kitten she is coming across as in present interviews.

She has youth, and looks on her side. Don't know any of her other qualities.

For the longest time I couldn't put my finger on the extra creep factor that bugs me about Doug. I remember in passing that he played Victor Tooms in the XFiles... then it hit me this morning: omg, I now remember reports from wayyyyy back then about how not only was he portraying creepy Tooms, but on the set of the show he gained a rep for being a CREEPY actor... he weirded out quite a few people. He wigged David Duchovny out by insisting on being nude during one of their physical interactions... and the contortion scenes were all done by him... the man can bend his body like no other. Of course Chris Carter (creator) loved the real oddity that is Doug, but he totally understood how off-putting he was to others on set. LoL. I ponder what he thinks about him now.

This girl (Woman) girl, haven't decided looks like she is in her 30's and has plastic surgery. And if she really is 16, what kind of mother lets their daughter marry a 51 yr old man, her mother must be a total loser and sold her for a lot of money. So when Doug is in a wheelchair and a catheter in his privates, is she going to let his nurse take care of him and then we have Anna Nicole all over again, guess Guess jeans will have a new cover girl (woman) girl.
