LP's timeline

Either way, all of us are going to get whacked for getting so far off topic. LOL.

but we're discussing LP's timeline and how some of us don't think it jives.:)

I guess possibly the same reason we haven't seen a few other interviews. CA in one media interview brought up that there was no fight. LP says to ask LA about the fight and about CA choking KC. Who knows what or who to believe on that topic lol.

We'll just have to wait and see. There was no fight according to George, Cindy, and Casey. Not one thing released so far by LE mentions a fight, just the opposite. All statements seem to be in agreement that the 15th was just a quiet evening at home.

I think that was when he was talking about hearing Caylee on the 24th of June?

No, that was another conversation. He later said that he may not have heard Caylee on the 24th.

It wasn't the same neighbor who loaned Casey the shovel, that neighbor was out of town and didn't get home until 6:00pm on the 16th. I believe it was the neighbor on the other side. I think his testimony will come out about the fight at the trial.

Thank you for clearing that up. I believe that testimony is being held for trial, too.

So, back to the topic, I think we can assume there was a fight on the 15th before KC took Caylee and left.

And that quiet evening would be the calm before the storm as some might say.

What's funny about all of our speculating is that we're trying to apply logic and common sense to these scenarios, and we're trying to think the way 'normal' people would think given these circumstances.....but, the past almost 5 months has shown us that these people don't think or behave the way 'normal' people do. So maybe we should start looking at all these things from a "backwards" sort of way instead.

Yeah really isn't that the truth. I guess I've been looking for something that set this off, but in actuality it could have been nothing, just a bunch of assorted nuts LOL.

That's what I recall as well AA. My biggest question about GA's statement about seeing Casey and Caylee leave @ 12:48 (?) on the 16th is this: Cindy says that George gets up between 7:30-8:00 every morning. I have a HARD time believing that Caylee didn't come out or try and come out of that bedroom before around 1pm, for breakfast or something. How many 2-3 yr. olds will sleep that late? If they were there, you know that GA would have opened the door (since CA said it was closed) and let Caylee out to feed her breakfast. That just seems very odd to me. JMO

That is funny!!!:blowkiss: You're absolutely right.

On that note, I'm signing off with a reply that is on topic. I don't think the evidence supports LP's timeline. With regard to KC telling Amy that she got rid of the smell in her car, I believe she was equating her dump of the car to getting rid of the smell. At lease there isn't evidence that we are privy to that would support moving Caylee at the end of June around the time she dumped the car.

Did GA hear or did he see Casey and Caylee?

Yeah, but if you'd had well over a month to think about it you might remember, or think you remember. Who's to say that George got it right? I also think it would be easier to recall what someone was wearing the last time you saw them than it would be to remember what they were wearing a month ago if you'd seen them every day since...if that makes sense.

Geo's background with LE makes it easier to believe he would/could notice small details.

I just don't think we can automatically say a person is lying if they are confused about what would normally be called insignificant details.

It's when a person starts to twist their facts that it's a problem. Such as the smell in the damn car turning into a rotten pizza w/ squirrel.

To interject my thoughts. IMO I do not believe in using the pings to create a timeline to find Caylee. I believe and until proven other wise Caylee was either up in Oviedo or in the landfill.

I think the pings are an indirect diversion that LE has taken grasp of and constructed into what will lead us to Caylee.

I think something set it off. There was obviously trouble brewing if Cindy's therapist advised her to start laying down the law with Casey and to consider seeking custody of Caylee. Tony's desire not to have Caylee around probably played a part too. I think lots of things came together in Casey's mind all at the same time and convinced her that Caylee was the cause of all her troubles. Of course it's possible that Caylee's death was an accident, but that doesn't change any of the events leading up to that time.

But George had no idea that he wasn't going to see them for a month at that time. I wonder if Cindy just knew what was missing.

I personally thinks it odd to even attempt to guess at insignificant details in the first place. GA was adimant, IMO about what she was wearing not guessing, I listened to it all again.

What is even odder is he picked exactly what she was last seen wearing by his friends on the 9th at a strip mall..that was more of my point.

He saw them.

Did he speak to them? Was there any conversation?? I can't remember.

Yes, George said Casey told him she would not be home that evening. She had to work late and would be staying at Zanny's rather than waking Caylee up to bring her home so late. She also said that she'd already told Cindy that she wouldn't be coming home.

Why does it seem so odd to you that George would remember exactly what Casey was wearing but not odd that her friends would remember?
