Lt. Greenwood responds to public records request 12-14-09

I know I have posted this on a different thread, so I apologize for the redundancy. I but I wanted to make sure that everyone had the facts about when Hank jr admitted to going to Green Lane that night.

http://jacksonville.com/news/metro/...asnt_home_the_night_haleigh_cummings_vanished

snip~ in the interview at the Putnam County jail where he is being held on a grand theft charge, Croslin told detectives he went down the street and banged on Cummings’ door about an hour after talking to Cummings, but no one answered.

Bowling said it is the first time anyone has said they went to the mobile home after Cummings’ grandmother Annette Sykes left about 7:30 p.m.

“He told us he banged on the door,” Bowling said. “He said it was dark and no lights were on.”

Detectives were told no one came to the door.

“It is surprising that someone would hold that information,” Bowling said.~ end snip

When did the law change and cops have to respond to people's opinions and ideas and visions, etc. It never used to be that way. They should only speak to those who have verifiable information. This is insane.

The anthonys kept many LE forces off the trail, tracing down phony leads all over the country. Travesty.

I am also surprised the tommy would have held that info back. IF this wasn't taken out of context, then it can be not for a good reason the TC didn't tell it up front. This is ominous.

I would like to hear Bowling state this again. Does anyone know where this interview took place? TC did not tell on Feb 10, then I would say he was covering for misty who most likely killed Haleigh and Tommy was/is suspicious of her and was protecting her.

Where did LE get the info Misty was not at home that night, if not from TC?

While we are getting LE confirmation, I would also like Greenwood to explain his version of that evening also. Why these people, Bowling, Greenwood and Schauland are having different versions of the story is mind-boggling.

What in the world has happened to our journalists? Dana referring to "Nay Nay" and Misty's "excursion" - blows my mind.

One more question I have is why rc was so sure to get out the word that he did NOT tell Tommy to check on misty and her whereabouts. His lawyer made sure that was made public. Shoey wanted to make sure that RC said he only called and wanted to know where misty was but nothing else?

There has to be a reason why RC would NOT want anyone to think tommy went to the MH at rc's request.

From the same article:

....."Shoemaker said the two had been in touch throughout the night." (meaning tommy and ron)

With this in mind, this had all come to light late august when rc went for the first time to speak with FDLE with Shoemaker by his side. Why did this take so long for LE to finally get answers about the phone calls that could have been done on Feb 10. Since TN was the owner of the records, it could have been looked up on her computer and the calls would have been obvious. Yet she sat there on National TV and told the world, she beleived misty was home with the kids, w/o even blinking an eye.

Why is rc SO concerned that it be known that HE did not tell tommy to go there. I have to think about this for a little while.

tommy lives around the corner, why wouldn't rc want tommy to go check on misty and the kids???

It is time to face facts in this case. Haleigh has died, most likely at the hands of misty. rc is involved in covering for her, till I learn what his work hours were and if he left work, I can't put him there. His behavior indicates he has kge of the crime. Tommy suspects his sister or has kge; Timmy most likely suspects misty also; thus he left town. RC is a bully and likes to intimidate. People who know him are scared of him. For some reason he is sheltering the prime suspect. It could be because he is involved or it could be he is protecting himself from being blamed for letting the children remain with misty while he worked long, odd hours.

Seems like a simple thing for LE to determine whether or not Tommy was called by RC. If he was at PDM there should be a ping from his phone making the call.

What if there's no ping from that tower?

Hmmm..... uhmmmm.... Well....

Maybe Ron was setting up Misty to fall right in the path the wheels of that bus?
It sure would werk to his benefit if her own family did it instead of her husband & in-laws.

I have yet to get over that stupid statement by Shoe about how they don't care how bad it makes Misty look .... this, while she was still married to his client! Every man for himself, I reckon, but that was pretty wrong imo.

Could it be Ron C knew they had to call LE and report Haleigh had been stolen so Ron C called on Tommy to get rid of some drugs in the MH before LE got there. I also suspect Ron C asking for HELP in removing any drugs from that MH served a two fold purpose..One to get rid of the drugs and the other to set Tommy up..
He and TN both have proven they talk out of both sides of their mouths so I suspect their minds think along those lines too...
TN also did everything she could to discredit Tommy's statement that Misty was not at the MH..I suspect that was because Misty was with the Cummings and she knows that.. And also knows that Tommy knows that...but IF and when that is ever revealed it will be Misty and Tommy's word against ALL of theirs...JMO

LOL, I see the 2 pages of his letter?

Does anyone else see them? :waitasec:

If that didn't work, I'll put them in photobucket and try again. I used imageshack to post them, and that usually works, but who knows. It's been "one of those days".

JMO, but I think Ron was setting up Tommy by making it look like it had to be all Tommy's planning to go over to the mobile home that night since he, Tommy, then knew that the children were most likely alone. By Tommy telling LE that he did go by the MH that night the plan appears to be working. Now, he has admitted to being at the mh that night while Misty was out. It is only a matter of time before RC and TN put out a comment that Misty was not at home that night. Teresa and Ron will then, IMO, quickly throw the suspicion on Tommy because they will insinuate that the children were at home alone and that Tommy had the opportunity to take Haleigh that night.

I wonder that also. Or, are they completely discrediting Misty's statements and someone else claims to believe Haleigh was there around 10PM? Isn't that the time that Tommy said he went to the MH?

BBM: It makes you wonder if Tommy was being questioned on a poly when he revealed that he was there at 10 pm and that no one was at home and maybe LE is believing it due to the poly not showing deception. I hope that Tommy did take a poly about that night and that LE at least have a little bit of a clue about the events that night.

fwiw, whisp, be careful. my ma-lwa-re $tuff appears to be using a-dobe and qui-ckplay-er to keep re-infecting my computer.

Johnny sure does have flowery handwriting for a guy. [not saying he's not hetero; not saying it's not his sig; just sayin']

I think that call to Tommy was strategic on their part. It places Tommy there at just the right time. Misty is gone, taking care of "things". Tommy had to admit Ron called him, because phone records showed it, so he admits he goes over, you know he had to have thought about it for some time, how it would incriminate him. He hears that Misty wasn't home that night, but yet he backs it up, by confessing he stopped over to check on her. By Tommy coming out and saying he was there, has really changed the focus on where they are looking. So was it great well thought out move on Ron's part to call him and get Tommy to step into some poo-poo? Or did Tommy stop by and Misty was gone, but the kids were there alone and he took an opportunity to take Haleigh? If that is the case, the latter, why the brick? He didn't need to brick the door, or change Haleigh's cloths. What about Jr? Why wouldn't he just say Tommy was there? Would Haleigh go with Tommy without a fight? I tend to believe Ron would be very good at chess. Next move please....

LT...LE does keep saying the physical evidence shows them misty was not home. Maybe the physical evidence was a poly taken by TC...

The other physical evidence would be cell phone pings or documentation on a computer that puts her out of the MH. It was mentioned very recently that Haleigh had a laptop computer. I wonder if they found it or have that.
