Family Abduction from Tulare, California since May 5, 2007

Age: 23 months -- Height: 2'8" -- Weight: 23 lbs -- Hair Color: Brown -- Eye Color: Black

Luis has a scar on his right hand.


Luis was allegedly abducted by his mother, Maria Zendejas, on May 5, 2007. A felony warrant for Kidnapping was issued for Maria on April 13, 2010. They are believed to be in Mexico.
