I don't remember seeing the reference to BPD in the tweets but here it is!!

I don't think the article has got that right though; from what I remember from the tweets the doctor said she couldn't say if he had borderline PD, and the nurse was a female nurse. And the name was definitely Kluka not Fluka. And LM thought that people took photos of him when he fell over; he didn't take photos himself in order to sue.

That's just what I.remember, I'd have have read back through the tweets to be sure.

I don't see how the opinion and observations of somebody who met Magnotta years before the murder is relevant. By all accounts, between the murder and his arrest he was calm, cool, and normal. He only got weird after his arrest (and after grinning like a fool, of course).
Just like how he got weird AFTER being charged for fraud back in 2005.

All this will serve is to bring up Homolka's name AGAIN. Using her sister's name on a package, her mother-in-law's name on 2 packages... and now they will be made aware that he has been on about her for much longer. The jury will see a pattern. Perhaps they will connect the dots and realise he was obsessed with her.
Unless the defence won't allow the witness to mention her name...

He looks HIGH to me in that video, likely something like heroin or opiates...

If he wasn't "faking it"/being manipulative at the time, this is what I think happened. JMO

Delays, eh? I wonder if Leclair is trying to prevent any mention of Homolka, like it seems he managed to do when S. Bordelais was witness.
If that is the case, then this witness is pretty much useless. Without knowing the context of the journalists meeting with Magnotta, there is no point in getting his opinion on Magnotta back in 2007.

As already said I don't see what bearing his opinion should have on Maggotas current situation???

I agree that hes obviously ill,but also highly manipulative,and knows exactly what hes doing.

I like how on all the videos concerning him on Toronto Sun start with a advert/warning about misuse of prescription drugs.
