According to wikipedia, it's also prescribed for:
"Initial treatment of mania or acute psychosis together with first-line drugs such as lithium, haloperidol or risperidone".

Clonazepam can be used recreationally. I have known quite a few prescription-drug-abusers who have.

Just wanted to throw that out there.
It is usually prescribed for anxiety. Relaxed and slightly euphoric effect when abused. It is pretty easy to fake anxiety issues and get these pills.

Clonazopam is a benzodiazepine used as a mood stabiliser in Bipolar and Schizophrenia. A therapeutic dose is about 1-2mg a day. Anything over about 15mg's of Clonazepam is not going to make you feel very well at all and 30mg is probably going to make your blood pressure drop pretty damn low and make you sleep for quite a long while. I think if Luka took a 30mg overdose he was probably quite serious in his intentions to die.

Allard says #Magnotta was suffering from schizophrenia on May 25, 2012 when he killed Lin Jun

Dr. Allard diagnosis: #Magnotta suffers fr. schizophrenia, it was present on May 25 2012. Illness responsible for 5 charges agst him.

So how did he know what "it which is responsible for crimes he committed" was planning on May 12th then ??

Yep...that's the mystery isn't it? Sounds like he had one heck of a long psychotic episode that he was coming in and out of for about a month. Amazing how functional he was through it all too isn't it?

Now how about the good doctor explaining the cat videos. And all the other stuff. Oh yeah, that is evidence being suppressed in this trial so she doesn't have to.

We do have a real elephant (or is that an ape? :giggle: )in the room with regards to what we know about LM and what has apparently been argued out of evidence and that's his online presence and years of attention seeking behaviour.
