LM testifying on his behalf?? Please do not tease me.

That would be absolutely a dream come true because if there was any doubt in the jury’s eyes as to whether or not he is NCR (don’t’ get me wrong here, the man is clearly disturbed with serious mental issues but HE IS CRIMINALLY RESPONSIBLE) it will be proven by his smug, narcissistic attention seeking, poor me attitude not to mention his inability to tell a believable lie (which in my mind will open the door to questions that will sink him and his credibility).

Please dear lord answer my prayers and let him testify.

LM won't be testifying. The defense is using doctors to relate LMs version of the events. The beauty of this is that the doctors can not be questioned about inconsistencies as they are simply relating what they have been told. If Magnotta says one word from the stand it would open him up to all the questions the doctors wouldn't answer.

In the end it's his decision though, and if he really is crazy, he could disregard the wise advice of his council. But don't hold your breath.

I guess we're going to hear that was because of his paranoia. Of course he was paranoid. The POLICE were looking for him in regards to the CAT KILLING VIDEOS. So was the SPCA and a lot of animal lovers on the internet. Because he taunted and provoked them. With MORE VIDEOS.
