More at link
Six former eBay employees and contractors face conspiracy to commit cyberstalking and witness tampering charges after allegedly targeting a Natick couple with profane online messages and harassing deliveries including pornography, live cockroaches and a pig fetus in an effort to stop brand-damaging press on the couple’s online newsletter.

This is quite an interesting assortment of
eBay executives, behaving like anti-social junoir high kids. MOO

From the article in weepingangel’s initial post:
Those facing charges include Baugh, 45; David Harville, 48, eBay’s former director of global resiliency; Stephanie Popp, 32, senior manager of global intelligence; Brian Gilbert, 51, senior manager of special operations for the company’s global security team and a former Santa Clara police captain; Stephanie Stockwell, 26, an intelligence analyst; and Veronica Zea, 26, an eBay contractor. Harville was arrested on Monday in New York City, Lelling said.

Unbelievable. A global player designing a campaign of intimidation and violence in defence of the company that has been gouging buyers and sellers for decades. What motivated them?

What a stressful horror for the victims. And since it's eBay I bet they had to pay the return postage for all the repulsive crap they got sent.

Seventh former eBay employee accused of taking part in cyberstalking of Mass. couple with ‘disturbing deliveries’

more at link

A seventh former employee of eBay is now facing federal charges after officials say he was part of the coordinated harassment of a Massachusetts couple who published a newsletter that was critical of the company.

Philip Cooke, 55, of San Jose, California, who is also a former police captain in Santa Clara, worked as a supervisor of security operations at eBay’s European and Asian offices. He was charged in a Massachusetts federal court with conspiracy to commit cyberstalking and conspiracy to tamper with witnesses.

Cooke will appear in federal court in Boston at a later date.

This is like the plot of some really badly written horror movie with an attempt at a darkly humorous twist.

These are adult executives??? Wow
My thoughts exactly.

Upon reading the thread title my mind flashed to: Six bored temps between the ages of 17 and 22.

Boy was I wrong.
