Baez has been on cross with Bradley for past hour or so. So far, Bradley is holding up well...

Baez being his snarky self and Bradley is being calm, sincere and likable, in my opinion.

Baez trying to convince the jury that Bradley is trying to extort AH and is lying in his accusations.

But it is getting old, imo. I wonder how the jury is feeling about it?

I'm having a difficult time watching Baez. I missed about an hour, but from what I saw, seems like he's desperately looking for a 'gotcha' moment.

So far, I think AB is doing a really good job. Baez is trying hard to have some PERRY MASON moments. And they have fallen flat so far, imo. Like the 'big lie by omission' ---that AB didn't offer up info that he was a drug dealer when the GJ asked him about his job history.

And he made a big deal about AB taking the 5th 20 times. I don't think it is a crime to take the 5th during a Grand Jury hearing.

Baez looking all peppy and enthusiastic now. He seemed low energy and down when he asked for lunch break.

He asks AB why he needed bullet proof vests and fire arms. [ did he forget that AB was shot in the face by his so called best friend?]

Now Baez going after AB for the charges and conviction of firing his gun etc. SIDEBAR...

I thought that the judge ruled this morning that the Vevo shooting would be kept out of evidence?

He's trying to catch him in a lie, trying to make Bradley nervous about his plea agreement, and also trying to get 'bad prior behavior' in. Bradley seems to be holding his own. Locke seems to be getting tired of Baez.

So just watched another hour of Baez flailing around---acting like he was about to make a big point, about to catch AB up in a lie---then nothing really....just on and on , nit picking ....anti-climactic....

Baez being a show man, making condescending and snide remarks, implying AB is a liar, and was dealing drugs out of cure that night---no evidence of that at all...

I hope jurors use their common sense. AB was a very high end pot dealer. He sold to wealthy peeps like AH. And as AB testified, he used burner cells and changed numbers every month---why would he take pot to a club and sell to strangers in public place with cameras and undercover cops?

All I know is even these #'s don't even compare to the Jodie Arias Trial. Willing to be in that trial they spent over a 1/3 of the trial was at "Side Bar" :gaah: ROFLMBO

Also he has an extensive history of cocaine dealing...this guy is just as bad as AH and just not as good a shot....both should be in prison.
