I have to say, Linda Kenny Baden is getting on my last nerve. If I was a juror listening to her condescending tone and babbling on about this cripple.. I'd say to myself. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE??? Does killing someone become less culpable because of this equivocation of seconds possible minutes. LOL 120 seconds is minutes... LOL

I've been in and out of the room. I just walked back in and my hubby (who is NOT a trial watcher but is listening) said, "This woman!!!" LOL

The irony of Ms Botch is she knows full well that some of these measurements are often approximate due to body parts that have to navigated from top of head to wound!!! That's why I'm so aggravated !! She's just trying to muddy up the witness.. Sloppy work etc etc :gaah: :shame:

The wetness is easily explained.. as if body ( or in this case~ feet) is wet placed in body bag ( which is sealed and non-breathable) causes this phenomena.
Guess I've been around death and dying for too long in my career :blushing:

Many people have a issue with sweaty feet.. my eldest included in that category.. meaning his sneakers were thrown out after just a few months because they stunk to high heavens.!!
