I don't think I've ever seen a cross exam quite like that of the last witness.

AH went from a $40mil contract to this...

We've heard lots of testimony about the luxury vehicles #AaronHernandez traveled in. His ride is now a cage in an unmarked state van.

And Shayanna can't remember that $40mil contract.

She might have remembered it better if Sullivan had been the one asking. :blushing:

I know.. all his hypotheticals then trying to confuse GPS location with Cell Tower data (involving IP address and provider) !

I'm willing to bet there is at least a couple of the juror's quite knowledgeable about this subject !

I know it's boring for some, but for some it's quite helpful. One thing we learned.. NAY NAY was lying about AH being with her in the hotel.. but I guess that means she was actually with a "CLONE" :scared: :banghead:
Perhaps she can claim delusional being pregnant and all??

One thing for sure, the stream of all those witnesses associated with AH sure does tell about just who he prefers to hang with, eh?

I must say, I am quite impressed with Haagan & Lee for their creative and quick direction on questioning these challenging witnesses who don't want to tell anything.

I could not agree MORE! I found it quite helpful. And I'm that one person who can't WAIT for the phone records. But I wish the cameraman had shown the screen more during the PowerPoint presentation. I got a little confused with the times and locations.

Shay with that hotel info and "Aaron's lost keys" was quite curious. It just came out of nowhere. (And it sounded like it came out of nowhere for the prosecutors, too!) :gaah:

The thing I found most interesting was that AH shut off his phone until after Bradley was shot. That means, it WAS all about the Boston comment the night before and not about splitting the bar tab or the argument about going back to get his cell phone (which, I also think AH pocketed.) So, it was COMPLETELY premeditated. :moo:

Good thing the driver kept his on during the escapade. I wonder if they're going back to the Cape Verdean gang theory...

Sorry to go back to this...

There is just so much in Shayanna's testimony, and I haven't watched it all yet. But please... she claims to not know what is 'permanently' inked on her... really?? That alone should have cinched it for anyone that may have questioned if she was truthful or not.

That got me too. I know what every one of my tattoos are. I am also fairly certain I could tell you exactly which tattoos my husband has as well and he has a lot. I found it completely unbelievable that she couldn't remember her part of the quote she had tattooed on herself nor can I believe that she didn't know what was tattooed on his body.

her entire testimony was one evasive comment after another...any juror that did not see thru her testimony is blind

And she's getting immunity for her testimony. The State got the short end of the stick on that deal.

^^^ Bingo

It appears the phone of #AaronHernandez was off when Bradley was shot in face and came back on about an hour later. Whereabouts unconfirmed.

.....yeah, I never really believed AB lost or forgot his phone. Coincidentally on the night of his murder--nope, not buying it!
It was part of the plan ....moo

I think it was great that she testified that AH was in a hotel with her, to try and give him an alibi. He wouldn't need an alibi unless there was something wrong.
